I've been taking this vitamin for over 2 years and haven't had my usual bronchitis or colds and I am very happy with the results of how my body feels! It does have a smell in a little aftertaste but I take it with milk and it's fine it doesn't repeat itself for make me burp LOL

I’ve used this long enough to see an improvement in my eyelash health. Since I wear extensions, I like to keep my natural lashes as strong and healthy as possible as it makes the extensions adhere and stay on better. Since I also have artificial nails, I hope that they too are benefiting from this. I know that they’re growing faster. One thing I am curious about and I’ve attached an image is whether anyone has noticed these little specs in their capsules.
