This meat thermometer works great and is very easy to use. It gives quick, accurate temperature readings, which makes cooking steaks, chicken, burgers, and roasts much easier. The display is clear and easy to read, and it feels well made. Definitely a useful kitchen tool and a good value for the money. I would recommend it.

This instant-read thermometer was priced well and has been a great purchase. I really like the large, easy-to-read numbers, and it couldn’t be simpler to use. Just open the probe and it turns on; close it and it turns off. One of my favorite features is that it’s magnetic. My wife and I were always trying to remember where we had put our old thermometer. Now we simply stick this one on the refrigerator, and it’s right there whenever we need it. It reads the temperature quickly, is easy to use, and has everything we were looking for in a cooking thermometer. Definitely a five-star find!

This digital meat thermometer has changed my life. It works great and is very easy to use. It gives fast, accurate readings, the screen is backlit, and best of all it is magnetic, so it sticks to the oven/grill. We used to lose the old one all the time, but no more! It also automatically turns on what you pull the thermometer part out, and then back off when you push it back in. Highly recommended.

This isn't one of the fancy models with wireless sensors or assorted settings. But I found it easy to use when I hadn't used one before. It uses an easy to find CR2032 coin battery that most people already have on hand for the key fobs from their cars. I don't know how often you need to replace the battery because I don't use it often and it still works fine. As a bonus, the package that I bought includes a spare battery! I guess the sellers don't want customers to be in the middle of making a big meal only to find their thermometer's battery is dead? It's nearly goof-proof to use, you just open it up until the metal probe sticks straight out and it turns on. Then just snap it closed to turn off. Besides food I've used it for satisfying curiosity about things such as what the water temp is coming from the tap or the water dispenser in our fridge. In any case it worked great to cook salmon and tuna with it done enough to satisfy everyone without letting either overcook and be dry & chewy. Since those are both difficult for me to judge by eye or poking it, I'm satisfied that it was worth buying. Especially on a lightning deal!

What a well-made product! I love this Alpha Grillers meat thermometer. I used to use an old-school short metal thermometer with the dial, it was fine I guess, but this is far superior. First of all, the way this was packaged: - It came with a battery already installed and ready to go AND an extra battery for future use! Impressive. -It comes with a Lifetime Warranty (enuf said) -It came with a meat temperature guide -It came with a QR code for tips, tools and information on cooking. -It came with an email address in case you need to reach out to them. -It came with easy to follow instructions. I love how easy it is to use. Just pull out/open the metal temperature probe, insert into meat, and you'll see the temperature boldly displayed in the digital screen. Then wipe it clean, close it back into the unit, and it is now turned off. Can't get any easier. And in case you forgot what temp your type of meat is supposed to be, it is printed right on the thermometer. AND there is a light for easier reading. AND you can change it from Fahrenheit to Celsius. So very glad I bought this!!!!!! Super highly recommend it!!!!

First of all it came in a surprisingly like nice box that would be perfect for sending as a gift. Inside the box are some instructions and a meat temperature guide which is a nice touch. The thermometer seems accurate and is really fast, generally taking around 5 or 6 seconds to read the temperature. It has a magnet on the back which I love as it means I can store it on the fridge :) I like how it auto turns on when you flip out the probe then auto turns off when you flip it back to closed position. There is a calibration feature and a couple other features but I haven't really used them
