Baby thermometer is important device to be kept at home when you have babies. I have used it for a week now and here is my take. I would highly recommend this product. My 2 cents below: Pros: - It does the job of temperature monitoring very well with alerts inbuilt - Very fancy looks and gives a great aesthetic while in use - Backlit so easy to read in dark as well - Good build quality and feels very premium - Reasonably priced Cons: - None for now

My other thermometer died so I needed to order a new one. After looking at several on Amazon, I decided that this one was the best for my needs. It works perfectly, takes only a few seconds to get an accurate reading that’s easy to read with bigger numbers. I thought the price was very reasonable for this product.

UPDATE: it's starting working for more of the time. It's a great thermometer when it does work. Fast and quiet. Did not work when it arrived. The power button does not turn it on correctly. It's not worth driving somewhere to return it, so it's just a waste of money. It would be a nice product if it worked.

It does its job well and it's very quick in providing the temperature measurement, which is key when using it with kids. I would recommend. Pretty easy to use as well!

Love this thermometer.. this is my second one. I had to replace mine after the first one was borrowed . Great for the 9.99 price!!!

I love this thermometer. It's quick and accurate. I had an older Vicks thermometer that lasted forever, at least 10 years. The button fell off so I bought this newer version and it's even better. I really like how it lights up so when Im checking temps in the night, I can see the numbers.

The good... When they work, they are great. Prior to Covid, these Vicks thermometers worked very well and were consistently reliable. I think our first one lasted almost 10 years. The last 5 years or so they just stopped lasting, a typical thermometer will give you 6-9 months and then it will start to malfunction. No, not a battery issue, have plenty on hand. It is pretty clear someone at corporate decided to screw over their customers. When someone is sick and you reach for the thing and it doesnt work, not helpful. At one point I was trying to get 3 of these working... I am not willing to keep buying these anymore every year... a thermometer shouldn't be disposable. Will start looking for another brand.
