The scarf is advertised to be spiky looking and it is not and as earlier stated; The coat does not have its green coloring on the inside.

Great quality and showed up on time, althought it did not come with the teal scarf shown. Besides that its gonna be great for halloween!

It's soft and so perfect! There's no stains. Definitely would purchase from the store again! I just love it so much

I first ordered this item a few weeks ago (listed as a prime item to be delivered 2-3 days later) and the first one was presumably lost. Then the replacement was sent but was also 3 days late. The XXL was too large for me so I had to get another replacement for a smaller size. I only ordered again because I have a convention coming up soon and needed this specific cosplay. Plus the fabric was nice and I could tell a smaller size would be pretty comfortable to wear all day at a con. But now I’m regretting ordering again because the smaller size is ALSO lost in transit and I just had to request a replacement. Why is this so difficult?? This turned a simple order into a 3 week long battle just to get what I paid for. I’d say if there’s other options, just go with those since it’s not worth the headache.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und ehrlich gesagt auch schockiert über dieses Produkt. Die Ware kam angeblich direkt vom Hersteller, dennoch befanden sich deutlich sichtbare Blutflecken auf dem weißen Stoff. So etwas sollte bei einem neuen, unbenutzten Artikel unter keinen Umständen vorkommen. Es wirft massive Fragen zur Hygiene, Qualitätskontrolle und zum gesamten Verpackungsprozess auf. Gerade bei Textilien ist Sauberkeit eine absolute Grundvoraussetzung und kein optionaler Bonus. Der erste Eindruck war extrem negativ, da man sofort das Gefühl bekommt, ein bereits benutztes oder kontaminiertes Produkt erhalten zu haben. Ich habe mich geweigert, den Artikel überhaupt zu verwenden, weil mir das schlichtweg unangenehm und ekelerregend war. Für den Preis und die Erwartung an einen Hersteller ist dieses Erlebnis absolut inakzeptabel. Kunden vertrauen darauf, neue Ware in einwandfreiem Zustand zu erhalten – dieses Vertrauen wurde hier komplett enttäuscht. Noch enttäuschender war, dass keinerlei proaktive Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen erfolgte. Ich kann diesen Artikel definitiv nicht empfehlen und rate jedem, die Lieferung sofort gründlich zu überprüfen. So ein Vorfall darf nicht passieren und sollte vom Hersteller sehr ernst genommen werden.
