Let’s face it when you have an Earache, there’s nothing you want quicker then relief. We ran out & my husband ordered more. This did the trick! Of course Amazons fast delivery makes a difference especially when other stores do not always carry. Right to our door 👍

I was honestly surprised by how quickly this worked. I had a really painful earache and was looking for something to help while waiting to see if it would resolve on its own. Within minutes of using these drops, the pain noticeably eased and my ear felt calmer instead of throbbing. The dropper is easy to use, and you only need a couple drops. The formula contains 4% lidocaine, which numbs the irritated nerves in the ear canal, so the relief is pretty fast.  What I liked most was that it worked right away without needing to take another oral pain reliever. It didn’t sting or burn for me either—just a soothing numb feeling that took the edge off the pain. Obviously this isn’t treating an infection (you still need a doctor for that), but for temporary ear pain relief, it worked exactly as advertised and I’m glad to have it in my medicine cabinet. Would definitely buy again for earaches from colds, allergies, or pressure.

Easy to dispense into the ear, good price for the size, and they last for quite a while if you don't get earaches often. They were effective at easing my husband's earache and kept his ear moisturized once administered.

I gave this product three stars because it wasn’t the item’s fault that it didn’t work for me. I’m starting to think that my frequent earaches are dental related. I have had good success with lidocaine products before so I still think people should give this product a try for the occasional earache.

These drops stop the pain very quickly quickly so I definitely will keep these on hand as flu season kicks in (and I was lucky enough to get the flu early).

I purchased this for nearly $20 expecting to get some relief for my 11-year-old son's frequent ear pain. I have heard of Lidocaine before and am aware that it is a numbing agent so I thought why not, amazon has my back. Well, amazon does not as the product did not work for my son at all, on multiple tries and I am unable to get a refund for said product. Amazon provided me with the contact info for the manufacturer so I reached out to them as these drops are not cheap! Grace Goldman from Eosera corresponded with me enough to get the lot # off the product and when I further inquired as to whether my refund would be via Amazon or manufacture I was told I would not be provided a refund despite the fact the product they sell doesn't work. Here is my tip - save that $18 and put it toward a doctor appointment for REAL WORKING ear drops. I am livid at this level of customer service. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another product from this company and highly advise everyone to stay away - it's a gimmick!
