I was looking for a numbing cream to have at the bed side for sex related uses (ur imagination is the only limiting factor, lol). What really caught my eye for this was the absolutely amazing price. Granted its manufactured by a brand ive never heard of and its a potentially powerful compound with potentially dire consequences.... I knew Ishould proceed with a lil caution. So I did what any intelligent Man would do in this situation .... I promised my Girlfriend i would try it first, everywhere i could think of, before I would ever dare let it even come close to contacting her! Needless to say, All went well with me, the Male subject, so when it was her turn, she essentially became "trial subject #2" , "the Female" of this "scientific inquiry". ... And..... she also reported no ill or negstive effects! YaY! I can honestly say it worked much better than expected. The cream is easy to apply, absorbs fairly quickly, and doesn't leave behind a greasy mess. The numbing effect isn't instant, but it starts working within a reasonable amount of time and provides noticeable relief and comfort. What I liked most is that it wasn't an overwhelming numbness. It helped take the edge off discomfort without making everything feel completely deadened. The tube is also a decent size, and a little goes a long way. I've tried products in the past that seemed to disappear faster then that pint of ice cream you thought you were hiding from her. This one has lasted much longer than expected. In terms of physical amount and in terms of numbing length and need to reapply. Another plus is that the scent is very mild. Nobody wants a product that smells like a chemistry lab exploded in the bedroom. This one is subtle enough that it's barely noticeable. As with any numbing product, common sense applies. Start with a small amount and see how your body responds. Everyone is different. For us, it helped make things more comfortable and enjoyable without any issues. My partner jokingly referred to it as "Anal training wheels," which unfortunately is probably the funniest and most accurate description I can give. Overall, this product did exactly what I hoped it would do. Effective, easy to use, reasonably priced, and versatile. I'll definitely keep a tube on hand and would purchase it again without hesitation.

Has a noticeable smell. Works comparable to prescription rubs for pain. It does help to reduce pain. No permanent stains on clothes. Cream washes out if it gets on your clothes

Between working 12+ hour shifts on my feet and constantly carrying my 1 year old around, my lower back was WRECKED. And naturally I have no time to go to the doctor so I tried to self treat at home. I was skeptical at first, but this stuff made a NOTICEABLE difference! Application is super easy, I would just rub some on my lower back and within a few minutes back pain *gone* !! Highly effective without any kind of skin irritation, plus lasts a decent amount of time. I would typically only apply once a 12 hour shift. It’s compact enough in size to keep in my work bag. I ultimately started doing some stretching and core strengthening which has helped my back tremendously, but thankful to have this on hand when needed!!

I used this the first time and I knew I had to get some more it really helps to rub on my fistula before I go into dialysis and have those needles stuck into me for the treatment I recommend this product highly

Doesn’t work as well as I would want it to almost; no pain relief. Kind of a watery which could be a plus if you like lightweight creams but if you like a thicker lidocaine cream, I definitely pick something else or icy hot over this because essentially did nothing for pain. You get what you pay for.

So l had knee surgery twice on the same knee, maybe three years ago due to a dislocated knee torn meniscus and ACL from a slip and fall. I just received this product about 10 mins ago and gave it a try after doing some research on the ingredients and checking the reviews on this product. I workout 5 days a week since the surgery after healing for over 2 years straight and l was still feeling sketchy with knee pain.
