Still working like a charm after 6 months. My 2 cats took to it right away. They find it fascinating when the cylinder turns to clean the litter. Used litter is automatically swept away and empties into a bin in the back. My two indoor/outdoor cats fill the bin in about a week. No odor, no scooping. No complaints about how well that part works, it's awesome! The pan below the entry catches most of what my cats track or swat out during use. I don't use the app to track their weight or "visits", but when I went there to see what the app could do it worked as expected. Cleaning the cylinder is cumbersome because the cylinder is heavy and awkward to handle and to empty litter or water. That is my only complaint. I will take the extra cleaning effort over scooping litter by hand anytime!

These robot litter boxes have made life so much easier for me, and so much better for my cat because she always has a clean box now. I had the earlier version of this litter box, and this one is just a little slicker. I initially had a problem with the litter not being level, but the top-notch customer service informed me of a new feature on the app that allows you to calibrate the levelling of the litter -- problem solved!

It works great, super easy to clean and set up! I can track my cats bathroom habits through the app and its super convenient!The sensor works great, whenever its clearing the litter, my cat will try to investigate inside and it automatically stops and resumes once your cat has been gone for a while.You can press the button on the litter or use the app to clean out all the litter. It has its own bag, so your going to half buy it from their site, but its fairly cheap for the amount you get.High recommend, especially if your someone whose busy :)

This has been the greatest gift of myself. I am actually allergic to my cat and I needed something that would help with the cleaning of his litter. I love it because it is quiet, it does not smell and my cat loves it too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the difficulty I've had cleaning it. It's is just very uncomfortable. Other than that it is an excellent purchase. the quality is great and the price is affordable.

Amazing Product ! I have a 15 pound cat who is able to perfectly enter and exit with issue. I love that the litter will automatically empty itself when it’s time to replace the litter ! I would highly recommend adding a mat under the provided litter mat if your cat likes to kick litter like mine. Over 5/5 ! Love the product and have recommended many times.

I went through every review of every automatic liter box that there is it seems like. I spent MONTHS researching which one would be best. After countless nights of “am I really going to pay over 200$ for a liter box” I caved.MAN OH MAN IM SO PROUD I DID.This liter box has been a game changer. The set up was a little time consuming, but not longer than 20 minutes including the actual set up of the liter box and pairing it with the app. Assembly was pretty easy and self explanatory. The app is beautiful in terms of ease of use and functionality. You can set up for auto sterilization and you can even lock the button on the front of the liter box in case you have little (they won me over with this function alone). It also tells you how many days you’ve had that liter in and when the optimal time to completely change it is. The cleaning cycle is literally almost silent, now I never noticed when it does. My cat took to this box quickly and we’ve had no issues thus far.My only two complaints are:1.It’s big, like way bigger than I anticipated2.I haven’t found a super easy way to put new liter in it without partially disassembling it. But that one minor inconvenience is something I will continue to be quite fine with.Order the box. Just do it.

Love this automated self cleaning litter box and so does Tucker. Easy to put together and to clean. Love the empty litter option as well. Waste box is easy to empty...just remove the bag and replace with a new one. Happy I purchased this self cleaning litter box.

As mentioned in my first review, I waited over a month to rate this machine so that I could give cat parents an accurate assessment before purchasing it. Here are the PROS: extremely affordable compared to the litter robot and other competitors, easy set-up, user-friendly phone app that also functions as a remote for cleaning and gives users an update on cats' weight and frequency of use. It has a sleek style, is lightweight, easy to clean (Tip: Use Arm & Hammer “clump & seal SLIDE” litter, or you'll end up with fecal matter streaks on the inner walls of the machine), and has one of the best/most clever designs on an outside litter mat I’ve ever seen. The sewer grate-like design really catches litter, and excess litter is easily dumped in the trash. The CONS: The machine's inner circumference is a little tight for my liking; it should be slightly larger, so be wary if you have big/fat cats. The attached trash bin needs to be air-tight/insulated to lessen odors (Tip: I’ve been putting fabric softener sheets sprayed with air freshener inside the new litter bag between changing/dumping the full bin; it’s helping to absorb odor). Finally, the mysterious sanitation feature exhibits no sign it’s doing anything to sanitize besides the button light on the outside of the box going from green to purplish blue. There’s no buzzing or light illuminating the trash bin; nothing. I wish they’d include a video so users can see precisely how this invisible function works. Overall, I would still recommend purchasing this product for its competitive pricing, modern design, manageable cleaning, user-friendly app, and stellar customer service, which is why I’m giving 4-Stars, a valuable insurance when making any purchase. The customer care team has addressed and solved all issues I had when my machine first arrived (e.g., damaged silicone pad, false app alerts, etc.). Great product; almost perfect.
