This product is not suitable for me because I am 66years old and many times I tried to return this product.But since 18 dec. not any information for return yet.Is it a good policy of amazon with customer who is waiting for shopping again after refund of this item.While cold is going away and this order will not make me comfortable to save myself by your policy.If posible do return as early as possible.
