Vitamin C with liposomal is better for you because it helps stay in your system longer. Otherwise your body gets rid of vitamin C. This is a good clean product.

Good product
I've been taking 2 capsules twice a day to enhance collagen production in the gums. I think my gums are less sensitive. It's only been 3 weeks. I have no GI side effects.
