Finally received the product. It has drastically increased the quality of everything we watched. I had no idea there was texture on the "Stranger Things" lettering in the opening credits! The cables are directional for video, and allow for eARC so audio will travel both directions on the cable. The wire sheathing feels sturdy and is thin which is ideal as it doesn't take up much space in my stereo cabinet. Unlike the cables I was replacing which were ultra thick with baluns, then are slim. The HDMI connectors are well made and fit snug in their porta, be it the cable box, splitter, receiver, Fire TV, or Samsung TV. On the old cables the best I'd get out of my Fire TV was "UHD" now it shows "3840x2160 4k 60p" and the quality is night and day better. The audio also sounds clearer and is louder and comes through with more encoding to my receiver, like "Atmos", never seen that before. So glad I found these from the AVSForum because I was really at a loss of what to buy. I've been burned by the monster HDMI cables of yesteryear. These really are great HDMI cables. I've since changed all of mine over to these. Totally worth the cost. Original review: So far, Ive only opened the Amazon delivery boxes and one of the packages was clearly a return, no plastic shrink wrap. Inside the box was a motherboard anti-static bag, a cable tie and some foam straps. No HDMI cable. So while the description states it comes with an HDMI cable, be warned they may not. For this price point, I expected better. I'll update my review if things change.

De momento parece funcionar bien... aunque me quedó una duda, porque dicen que las terminales vienen marcadas con ruipro y en mi caso en particular no. Quisiera que el vendedor me dijera como verifico autenticidad y/o originalidad. Por eso le doy un 4. Muchas gracias...

The 2 months that it worked I liked it. I had it going from my avr to my TV. After 2 months none of my devices connected could get a signal. I reinstalled my previous 8k cable and everything works again. Edit: Customer service did contact me and was helpful.

Received product and worked great at first. I made sure source connections where correct. After 1 day of usage on my ps5 the screen started flashing a black screen and back to picture. I swapped to my old cable and didnt have the problem went back to the cable again and after another 4hrs of play same issue. Troubleshooting guide was no help. I most likely have a bad cable. Update. After my review I was credited for the faulty product to purchase again. I will say there customer service is great! Moved up to 3 stars because of that.

I have three 6ft Ruipro fibre optic cables. They pass 4k with UHD and HDR (I have a Samsung QLED, so no Dolby Vision) at 120hz and all Dolby and DTS formats. There was a notable uptick in contrast and colour compared to my previous HDMI 2.1 cables. No issues and I’m quite happy with them.
