Great laser. Super easy to setup and use. Way more powerful than i expected. And Great customer service

It is a good laser, please i need this part, (Image). The thread broke while I was putting it on. . where i can find parts for this product.

The product looks good and seems to work well.

Took a while to get it going but I work good. Only downside is customer support was horrible, never was able to talk to anyone and never received email replies.

longer ray5 20w laser is easy to use and set up. It’s a good value for the money. Customer service responses well.

Terrible. Difficult set-up, especially if you want to add the camera. Then to trying to return it was an absolute joke. The company is located overseas, so it's difficult to contact them and communicate your issues on e you eventually do.

Everything was delivered as described. Everything is in perfect condition and works perfectly. Thank you.
