We typically only have one child on the seats next to it but there is still enough room for two kids in the front seats. Bought this adapter instead of doing a double stroller because our kids have always outgrown everything so quickly so this is just a temporary thing until he can sit up and ride inside the wagon. We bought this to fit our Maxi Cosi car seat. I believe they have just released more models for different car seats.
