Good value. You get alot of useful tools to promote hand health. Some of the items were not labeled correctly I had to figure out which was hard or soft etc..The ebook is useful and provides useful information. Having a case for everything is a big plus for me . The communication with the owner was fast ,as I had an issue obtaining the ebook.

Very impressed with the free ebook that comes with the kit, as well as the quality of each product within the kit. Honestly, amazingly thought out and effective.
