Will this work only with firmware that allows to enter z-offset?

There is an accompanying gcode file that you can use. My firmware doesn’t have the z offset and it works fine. Manually you can raise the z to 5.8mm and use the e-leveler

Will this work on a snapmaker A350?

It should work on any printer that you can adjust the bed on. You download the bed level program he includes in the instructions and put on your SD card or load into your printer. It then has you adjust your z-level (default -5.7mm) to account for the height of the tool. Auto home and run the program. It will pause at specific spots on your bed for you to slider the tool under the nozzel. You adjust your bed til the light turns on and then resume the print. Do this on all the spots and you should have a level bed by the end. Watch the youtube video for it if you want to see how it works.

How does it handle 3 Point bed leveling systems?]

Just set the z-height, and then move the print head to the place you want to level. You don't *need* the g-code it comes with - you just need to know what z-height it has been designed for.
