ZORTRAXM200Plus 3D Printer

A year on I thought it prudent to update this. Whilst the printer worked on/off relativity well for a year support and warranty is seriously lacking. The latest (year old) Mac OS is not supported. No part is covered by any kind of warranty - we had a faulty extruder cable out the box. This led to 200 hours of faulty prints - supports answer - buy another cable, it's consumable. Going on a year we have spent close to £1k on spares to keep it printing.I'd not buy another Zortrax product again, I would not waste your time and buy a different brand that has some concept of customer support.

I purchased an M200 about 5 years ago and recently I was instrumental in influencing the company I work at to purchase an M300. I've had an opportunity to compare 3D printers from other manufacturers and I still feel Zortrax is one of the best you can get. In the office I work at we have a 3D printer that has been there before I started working there. So far engineers that have used the new M300 are very impressed with the quality of the prints in comparison to the older 3D printer.I no longer have my M200 (I also use to have a Formlabs Form2) but I would highly recommend the M200 plus given that it is an upgrade and improvement over the original M200. After using the M300 recently I am convinced the M200 plus will be just as good.Those that struggle with 3D printers are usually people who expect perfect prints from any 3D printer. As a mechanical design engineer, with 40 years experience, I do understand the limitation of machines, especially 3D printers. You can get good prints that are fairly accurate, but there are limitations and you may need to compensate for those limitations, and that is true for any 3D printer.

Acheté en Avril 2021 pour remplacer le modèle précédent (M200).L’impression des pièces est excellente tant au niveau de l’état de surface que de leurs structures(Structures modifiable et définies au préalable sur le Logiciel Z-Suite)Le logiciel intuitif est complet, légèrement plus lent de part ses multiples outils comme les correctifs automatiques ou manuels des pièces et une multitude d’interventions bénéfiques à l’impression que ne peut pas voir l’utilisateur. (ce que ne propose pas tous les logiciels des concurrents)- Structure en aluminium, solide et stable.- Interface réorganisée, calibrage du plateau automatique ou manuel.- Un système d’extrusion plus performant, plus précis.- Connecté par Wi-Fi ou Ethernet.- Bloc de refroidissement plus performant.- S’adapte à TOUS les matériaux Zortrax- Plateau chauffant (jusqu’à 100 •C) perforé et retravaillé.- Possibilité d’intégrer un plateau en verre.- Impression plutôt silencieuse. (seuls les ventilateurs sont bruyants)- Temps de chauffe assez long CEPENDANT, respecte les normes des sociétés industriels(A noté que lorsqu’une entreprise possède 20 machines de ce type, à ce prix, il est appréciable qu’elles ne prennent pas feu dans leurs locaux)Excellente imprimante 3D, de qualité et performante malgré son prix, je recommande.(A noté que le prix est certes un investissement, cependant, la société Zortrax cible plutôt les professionnels. Ces derniers ne payent donc pas de taxes, mais pour en avoir eu une depuis 5 ans, c’est un excellent investissement)

an sich ein ganz guter Drucker, jedoch sind die voreingestellten Zortrax Filament Parameter nicht wirklich überzeugend im Druckergebnis. Mehrere Drucke wiesen verbrannte Stellen auf.Parameter können bei externem Filament angepasst werden, jedoch erachte ich es als Sinnvoll das die Parameter für das eigene Filament besser passen sollten, denn diese sind nicht einstellbar (Temperaturen z.b.).Somit ist das Gerät nicht wirklich Plug and Play.Wenn ich Parametrische Einstellungen ändern möchte, dann kann ich auch auf günstigere Mitbewerber zurückgreifen.Druckqualität im Bereich der Abmaße war überzeugend, genaier als bei manch anderem Gerät.Wenn iwann mal ne angepasste Software kommt dann ist das Gerät auf jeden Fall ne Kaufempfehlung im Semipro Bereich!Solange jedoch...Unabhängig von dem Drucker an sich, kam mein Gerät mit einer slArbeitszeit von 18,75 Std. bei mir an.Ggf. sind die Unzulänglichkeiten des Gerätes auf dieses eine Gerät zurückzuführen und es wurde schon eibmal zurückgeschickt...

Ottima stampante 3d, scelto lei perchè invogliato dai commenti positivi nei forum e non posso far altro che confermare quelle opinioni. Il punto forte di questa stampante è l'affidabilità. Dopo 1000 ore di stampa, stampa come il primo giorno senza perdere un colpo. Stampo prevalentemente in ABS e il piatto di stampa è incredibile, con ventole attive nei bridge riestco a stmpare senza problemi e a 0.19 è molto definita, (può arrivare fino ai 0.09mm). Software Zsuite molto intuitivo ma se cercate un prodotto open source questa stampante non fa al caso vostro. Unico lato negativo è la camera interna che ha una risoluzione molto bassa e non c'è una app per il cellulare per controllare la stampa mentre si è in giro. Consigliatissimo

J'avais une Ultimaker i3 MEGA et je pense avoir eu tout les problèmes possibles et imaginables, problèmes de sur-extrusion, sous-extrusion, température, débit, surchauffe des steppers, plateau qui n'adhère pas et j'en passe.Là, certes il y a une sacré différence de prix mais bon sang quelle amélioration !La qualité d'impression n'a rien à voir, il n'y a quasiment pas de défaut sur les impressions, les paramètres sont déjà optimisés pour les bobines de la marque, il n'y a qu'a charger le fil, le plateau chauffant se règle tout seul, elle est silencieuse et fonctionne ultra rapidement, de plus la caméra permet de vérifier à distance son impression, l'écran tactile est formidable et l'interface régulièrement améliorée.C'est un petit bijou de technologie d'une précision redoutable, si vous avez un fab-lab ou si vous êtes un fana d'impression 3D et que vous n'en pouvez plus des erreurs et des optimisations qui ne fonctionnent qu'un temps vous savez ce qu'il vous reste à faire.
