Directions unclear and.s unit seems stuck -- can't open.** A: The green colored “cup” fills with water and you screw it to the opposite end of the sprayer making it a longer thing then after cleaning everything up you put it back on top over the spray part making it much smaller. After abdominal surgery I physically couldn't reach to wipe myself and this was a life saver. The only thing I dislike was having to lean over to the sink and refill it man few times every bathroom break. That was uncomfortable but it wasn't an issue with the device. The absolutely nice thing is being able to refill nwith warm water. I'm not sure how travelling nwould work. Possibly if the bathroom nisns family bathroom or a bathroom with one room it would be useful since you'd have privacy. Inna bathroom with stalls you wouldn't be able to refill it.
