I bought this because I needed to replace the previous aerator on my kitchen faucet. When I saw the video showing how this one worked, I was hesitant. The video looked too good to be true. It moved around easily to reach every area of the sink, and it could be raised higher than my current faucet. Plus, it had three different types of spray. My fear was that it would be much more difficult to move around and/or change sprays, and I was worried it would be difficult to install. However, I installed it myself in minutes and it works exactly as it is demonstrated in the video ad. I did get slowed down a bit at first, because it included many different adapters, and I assumed I would need one of them. As it turned out, after I tried each adapter, I tried attaching it directly to my faucet without any adapter and it fit perfectly! As for its performance, it moves around as easily as it does in the video, and the different sprays are easy to switch from one to another. I've been using it for over a month now and I love it. It's a strange-looking little contraption--reminds me of something you would see in a Dr. Suess book--but it is the coolest addition to my kitchen!

I purchased this for our bathroom sink. I run into a problem while installing the extender. The adapter that is included inside the box, did not fit the faucet aerator, it keeps coming off when I try to screw the extender. I was about to return the product, but on the instructions that it came with the extender, there is an email address that you can contact the support team if you run into a problem. I'm glad I reach out first before returning the product. The support team was absolutely fast to response. I emailed the pictures of the faucet aerator and I was told that I will need a different size adapter to make it work. Fast forward, less than 3 days later, I received the adapter and everything fits. This works great and looks great. It was easy to install. The extender head have multiple mode settings with a simple twist. Now it is easy to wash our face without leaning too far forward, and we can spray the edges of the sink because of the rotating neck. It’s worth every dollar. I'm very happy with this purchase. The faucet is excellent but the package had so many adapters and washers, it was difficult to figure which to use.

Love it. Had it for a year now. The misty spray is great for cleaning razor as I shave. Shower setting good for keeping the sink clean as I can set it to swirl while brushing. Like that it has a normal pour and I can tip it up to wash dirt in my eyes or drink like a faucet

It was easy to install. The head fell off after a few months of usage. It cannot be fixed. So goes to the garbage.

Looks nice, i like the dual spray pattern idea. This thing comes with every possible adaptor, except one, yup that one. The one i needed. I tried for an hour to get the only size that matched my thread and never could get it to engage.

I would give this 10 stars if i could. It does exactly what it says it will do. It moves in different directions. Every sink should have one - and every child who brushes their teeth, needs water, etc. should have one in their bathroom. Brilliant. And it is super easy to install. Unscrew the old, screw in the new. GREAT price.

I regularly clean aerators on all my faucets in the house. There is no way to do that on this product, it has no threads on final part to remove it for cleaning, even though they display misleading picture that advertises feature that is absent on the actual product. Shame, since it is quite well made, but seems deliberately flawed. Works well for now but, 2-3 months and it gets clogged with no option to clean. Basically disposable product.

Works great and easy to install. The kit has plenty of extra fittings for various styles of taps. It’s really convenient to wash the hands without touching the ceramic. To wash baby accidents. Wash the sink itself.

I will never recommend this product even after the supplier offer it absolutely free of charge, rubbish ever product, pl. don't buy this product.

There is leakage from the swivel. I use d it as an extension for washbasin tap
