Used this around the roof rack of an 05 Mazda tribute that had started leaking. Has held up great for over 6 months, and it's tough to see unless you're super close..

I love this coating rubber but a thick coat takes forever to dry, especially if a careless husband plops a soaking wet dog bed in the bottom of the tub I just coated! It dried nicely as the first thin coat but the second heavier coat is impossible to smooth out if it is “used” without curing. It does not sand well to recover. Be vigilant.

Certainly is multiple purpose ... I'm using it with our gutters where two sections join and provide a constant flow of water in the downpours. It's not a thick coating when applied, so don't expect it to fill huge voids in a single application. A little pre-work, to minimize the leak and coating with this should do the job. And I've used it in an un-conventional way, by coating an old wooden ladder that I frequently use - but gives some terrible splinters. Sanded down the ladder, and then coated it with the sealant (2x). The coating creates a nice feel when carrying the ladder, as well as tempered some of the rougher spots. It was applied easily with a brush. Leaves sort of an opaque white appearance on the ladder, but not sure who would use this and assume the result to be otherwise. In both of my uses, I actually can't yet speak to the waterproof (or splinter reducing results) ... but with the CA rainy season almost here, and with Christmas coming, between getting boxes out of the rafters, and hanging lights, I should be able to get a pretty good assessment of how this worked out ... I'm hoping for no dripping gutters, and a splinter / pain free use of the ladder.

The product does not dry white or vibrant white like they describe. The color is an antique white which is more of a dull shade and does not match my white wall tiles. You say the product covers 21 square feet which if you apply multiple coats does not truly cover that area. One coat does not allow for the area to be truly protected. The product truly needs to be cured for 36 hours since any water causes it to fail.

I expected a thick rubber consistency. Instead it was very thin and runny. It takes a long time between applications. Maybe it will work better for you.

I used this for maintenance purposes. Motorhome roof had no issues but, wanted to recoat existing caulking. The product is thin enough to fill fine cracks that may cause problems down the road. Would highly recommend for maintenance but not for repair. Application was very easy and dried quickly between coats.

Worked very well for my leaking roof! You hsve to do multiple layers but that's not a problem because it dries pretty quick unless it's cold out. It sealed very good!

This was great! I made a knight in armor out of cardboard to put in a castle club house. It will last forever nowlol

Le produit est bien fait son taf pas évident a passer surtout la première couche .j ai refait mon toit de camping car avec car j avais des infiltrations.deux couches au rouleau la première étant un peu plus pénible a mettre malgré un ponçage avant et la troisième a la spatule pour une plus grosse épaisseur du produit mais laisse des traces au séchage
