I bought these because someone on FB said they help with period symptoms and now I can’t remember what I did without them! I’ve been using these since I got them and honestly my milk production became way more consistent. Also my mood has kind of leveled out as well. I’m 3.5 months postpartum and it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking them. I have had an increase in output but my baby has also started cluster feeding again so that could be the cause. What’s changed it prior to taking these my supply would dip EVERY night to the point where I would have to supplement with formula or pull some of my “little” stash from the freezer.
