Easy to use / tastes great
There is no better way to incorporate ginger into recipes. It taste great, smells great, the quality is superb and a lot easier than grating ginger - less messy - so it's a good buy.

love this,
Gives flavor to all quickly with out the spoilage of fresh sprigs if you don’t use them often.

Much milder than fresh
This cilantro Puree is fine but a lot of the flavor is lost compared to fresh. Works well if you only need a hint of cilantro flavor.

Ok
I don’t really like it. There are better ones on Amazon that are worth paying a little more $$. The color and taste are just a bit off.
