These incontinence pull-ups are heaven-sent. They are so easy to use, hold a lot, and I have not noticed any leaks so far. They are soft on the inside and not irritating to your skin. The size is true and the stretchy waist is perfect. There is an indicator strip in the front to let you know when it needs changing. The 20ct for the price is a good value, in my opinion.

They work great they are just smaller than the package says I bought the medium am my waist is 38 and I thought sense the would fit a waist 34 to 46 I would have plenty of stretching room but I don’t they are tight on me so if you are in the medium size get the large the do absorb good though

I think these run small. am returning because I ordered the correct size and they are too small. Really not much to them. They might catch a light pee, but that is all.

These pull ons were a disappointment to us. Our regular ones were temporarily out of stick These are nothing like the basic ones I normally buy. This were such a disappointment. They leak, and they are very thin. I will not buy them again

The sides were easily torn for quick changes. The fabric felt soft to the touch, and the diaper was lightweight. Both medium and large sizes were tested on a model with a 42-inch waist, and both sizes fit well. They were tested with 20 ounces of warm water: first, half the amount was poured quickly to simulate a sudden release of urine, followed by a controlled pour of the remaining 10 ounces. Both tests resulted in minimal side leakage. The liquid was absorbed fairly quickly, and after sitting for 10 minutes, the interior lining was damp but not soggy. After an additional 10 minutes, the exterior material was also damp to the touch. Both sizes performed similarly. These diapers seem suitable for daily light incontinence, assuming immediate changes are possible. However, for overnight use, they would likely be insufficient and become wet by morning. I'd recommended these RMS adult diapers for light daily use.

Nice adult briefs. We prefer this kind of brief that is able to be pulled up rather than the one that is wrapped around and secured with tape strips. It makes a difference - those are diapers, these are briefs. They are very comfortable while providing quite adequate protection from incontinence. The elastic is just perfect, being tight enough to be effective, while soft and forgiving enough not to bind. The waist is quite stretchable, and although this is a Medium brief, it can fit a large range of sizes easily. They have made an awesome brief, one that is very absorbent without being overly bulky. You can certainly wear this under your clothes and no one will be the wiser.

These are very discreet, quiet and thin, as well as comfy to wear. I use booster pads with these for extended use while out and about. I like how low profile they are, nobody notices them under most dresses, skirts or slacks. Of course, the thinner the clothing material, the more apt others may be in noticing the edges of these pull-up cloth-like diapers, but they are very thin. The wide elastic waist and leg openings make these very comfortable. Absorbency is not as good as I would like, but they are okay for daytime use, which is why I use a booster pad of ai will be out of the house for more than a few hours. These diapers are on par with most pull-up style cloth-like diapers available online or at the local drugstores, and what my insurance sends me every month.
