Bought this for a trip and was compact enough to fit in my carry on. It is very quick to heat up and I like how it has multiple modes and can turn into an iron. Worked great on my fiancés suits and my dresses. It also didn’t leak or spit out water like previous ones I’ve used.

Wow! I didn’t expect to love this streamer, but it’s exactly what I was looking for. I previously owned a conair 2 in 1 steamer and I loved it, but it was too large to justify traveling with. It recently conked out after a few years of use and I was in desperate need of a new one, as I use a steamer almost daily. I did consider buying the same one again, but it’s nearly $90 now. After some research, I came across this steamer. After looking at reviews I was skeptical, but, after a few uses, I’m hooked! I opened the box just in time to pack it up for a weekend roadtrip to a friend’s house. With its convenient travel bag and cord keeper, I threw it in my carry-on without hesitation. It was so light, and nestled perfectly in the corner of the suitcase. I conveniently could not find a hanger so I used the dry iron function on an ironing board for my linen button up. Upon first use, I wasn’t impressed. My linen shirt still had a few more wrinkles than I would’ve liked. I packed it back up and forgot to drain the remaining water. I unpacked it at home and there was no leakage whatsoever, although I would recommend draining it for storage to avoid potential for ruining electrical components. Then I used it as I normally do at home. I put the same linen shirt on a hanger and steamed on high. It was perfect! Wrinkle free! I would say it’s an excellent value for all of the features, although I cannot speak to the longevity, as I’ve only used it for a week. Now I will speak to other negative reviews I saw. I did not find the unit to be heavy at all, even after steaming multiple garments at a time. The whole unit is less than two pounds. The twistable neck is slightly heavier than the handle, but it wasn’t cumbersome at all. The water also lasted surprisingly long even though the tank doesn’t appear to be very large. TL;DR Pros: Super light, travel friendly, excellent for steaming hanging garments. 100% Worth the price. Cons: Iron feature is not as efficient for ironing heavier materials, like linen.

The quality is excellent, the steam output is very nice with its two selections and good steam output Love that the cord is heavy duty and long to use on pants and dresses . Had no issues with removing wrinkles . So I’d say good for the cost . I also bought the hard case and it’s fantastic and a great storage case . Even though it did come with a fabric one.

This steamer is my go to travel item! As someone who has had clothing ruined by hotel irons and hates wrinkles, I purchased this steamer for a trip almost 2 years ago and it has traveled the world with me since. It is more expensive than others on the market, but it's worth every cent! It works on all voltages, heats up really fast and the steam output is strong. It's extremely well made. I have never had any water leaks and it collapses nicely to fit into a carry on. I recently had issues with mine not producing steam after a lot of use and reached out to customer service. They could not have been nicer and rush shipped a new one to me for it to arrive before I leave on my next holiday. (Thank you Jaina! You're the best!). World Travelers, if you buy one thing for your next trip, make it this!

OMG!! Love this steamer. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is that I have a lot of trouble removing the water reservoir but once it is popped off then putting it back on is easy. This sizing is perfect for travel .. fast warm up and easy to use. It has noise and removes wrinkles with in seconds. Love the fact that it can be used as an iron as well.

I bought this for my 2-week trip to Italy. The reviews seemed worth it and I needed a way to smooth out my linen wardrobe! This was the best purchase ever! Totally worth every penny! My sister used it as well on her wedding outfit and it does work exactly as it says! Within seconds the wrinkles melt away with steam! Super easy to use and it's lightweight. I did not check a bag, so I bought the hard-sided travel case separately to prevent damage and it fit perfectly in my backpack! Highly recommend to anyone traveling, especially for business or a wedding and you need your clothes to looked dry-cleaned and pressed! This will get the job done!

How many steamers have I purchased??? Never to be satisfied.... a fashion influencer recommended this beauty. It is a game changer. It is heavy so that is a small deduction but not enough to take it down to 4 stars. Heats up fast! The ironing function works great for quick little jobs, and it does NOT SPIT water!!! Super cool design with the rotating steam head, and the long cord is fantastic! Love it. Highly recommend!

I really love this steamer. It’s easy to hold, I like the switchable angle, I feel safe using it, it travels super well, and it is clearly well made. The size is perfect. It removes wrinkles all but instantly. It’s easy to use. I would say that the only improvements I can suggest are small but would make a difference: 1) the plastic piece that comes with it that is used to reattach the hot iron on is thick but kind of small, the iron sometimes doesn’t want to stay on it, and the iron tips; 2) the bag it comes in is great for added protection while steaming but gets really hot and allows steam to pass through to my hands, it’s a bit flimsy. Also, It would be super nice if they made a version that attaches/feeds from a separate water tank in order to increase water capacity. I have to refill it kind of often, but I wouldn’t change the size of the tank attached to the machine because then it would feel super heavy.

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

The Jack &Rose travel steamer is exactly what I expected. It is compact and light weight. The instructions for use are clear and easy to read. I am very excited and happy with the product. It irons and steams with ease, immediate and is amazing. We are heading off in our caravan and it will be fabulous for our trip around Australia.
