We have bought these inks several times and they work just as good as the expensive name brand inks... bright vibrant beautiful colors. We have a Sawgrass 800 and were using the Virtuoso Print Manager. Then as most of you probably know Sawgrass decided they didnt want anyone who did not use their inks to use their print manager. My next printer will NOT be a Sawgrass! Definitely NOT good customer service! That issue shut our business down for a couple of days while we tried to figure out what to do... We contacted this seller and asked if they could send us ICC profiles for their ink... and they were very accommodating and replied even though it was a holiday for them. They sent us the profiles and everything is working great now... we are back in business and could not be happier! I definitely recommend this seller and these inks for your sublimation!

If you want to print through Virtuoso print manager with your Sawgrass SG printer then do not buy this. Latest software update places watermarks on the prints when using not genuine inks and cartridges

The colors are beautiful better than the ink that came with the printer. I have a SG400 and I put a photo on a coffee mug turned out awesome. I recommend this product.

We have both a Sawgrass 400 and a 800, we use the ink in both units. The product works the same as the original and have not had any issues. We are currently producing more than 50 shirts a day, so a decent volume. Only issue is the machine does recognize these are not Sawgrass ink cartridges and the units will tell you that and state the warranty is at risk. With as much money as we are saving, I could easily bought replacement machines.

Great ink for sublimation. I use it in my SG800. Can't tell the difference between this and original inks. I really like the squeeze bottle design. No more syringes for refilling. I don't even take the cartridge out anymore. I just open the door, pull out the stopper and squeeze it directly into the cartridge.

Great product!!! Saved me a ton this year and will be ordering again soon!!!! Colors are just as bright if not brighter than the name brand inks! I use the Ink Owl refillable cartridges and the results have been great!Update: I’ve been using these inks for over a year now and still love them!! No complaints!

Worked well for the price. Very pleased with the product, but you do need to be careful when refilling. I've left a few stains around my printers/on my hands when trying to refill in a rush.

I am amazed at how great this product works for me. I was skeptical about using a different brand besides sawgrass and I will definitely buy this same product when I get low
