I'm VERY VERY happy with this sturdy rack! I've loaded it up with a lot of clothes, and I see zero bending or any problems with the heavily loaded rack. It was simple to assemble with just a Phillips head screwdriver, and I was able to do it very quickly all by myself. I've never had to buy a clothes rack before, so I researched a lot and read customer reviews. I'm using the rack in my new closet, so I won't be taking it apart nor travelling with it. It is now the central focus of my new and rather unusual closet situation. I will be buying another one of these just as soon as I have the money. At $35 it's a fabulous bargain for such a solid piece of furniture. You need to read this part...I like the two low side racks! I'm talking about the bars that attach the front rack to the back rack. Those two low side bars are perfect for jackets. I didn't guess from the picture that those two low side bars were designed to hold clothes, so I'm sharing that discovery with you. Those bars give you even more hanging space, since they're not just there to attach the front and back bars. I have no idea how reviewers here can say that the rods bow. That's impossible! Maybe they didn't assemble it correctly? This is a big, sturdy and well designed roomy rack. It does take up a lot of room in a closet, since it has double rods, so be prepared for that. You also have to pull it out a few inches from the wall, so that your clothes on the top rack can hang properly. I hope you enjoy your rack as much as I do mine! I'm so relieved to be able to finish moving in, now that I've got somewhere to hang my clothes!

I thought these were great for my daughters closet. They bar could be a little more sturdy. I did put up a board before hanging after reading the reviews, i didn't want it to come out of the way. Size was good. Did hold a lot of weight. Functional for what we needed.

The rod in my closet came crashing down because of too much weight so I got this thinking it would fit in the closet and take up some of the weight off the bar. It didn't work out that way because I didn't think about how deep it was with the clothes hangers on it. By itself, the measurements worked, but the hangers stick out a lot on both sides. However, I have it free standing in my room and it is working out well. It holds a LOT and with the two levels, I can easily reach over the top of the short side to get to the clothes in the back on the high side. They do warn you that the wheels do not work well on carpet and they are not kidding about that. It moves easily on the hard floors but is really really hard to move on carpet. I had to sort of walk it around by picking up and moving one end, then going over and moving the other side. And every time I moved it, the bars looked like they were not level. I think the wheels were sinking too far into the carpet and changing the way it was sitting. In the end, I had to give up and I just live with the bars being slightly off level since the space I have it in is too tight for me to adjust it in place. I have to pull it out and adjust and then work it back into the space.

These looked great in the listing, but the actual design is pretty disappointing. The biggest issue is that you cannot install two units flush side-by-side because of the way the brackets and rods are designed. It leaves an awkward gap and makes it impossible to create a clean continuous closet system. The quality also feels much weaker than expected. We literally just installed them and the hanging bars are already visibly bending under normal clothing weight - nothing excessive. For something marketed as a closet storage solution, I don’t have much confidence these will hold up long term. Overall, the design is poorly thought out, especially if you’re trying to do a larger closet setup, and the durability does not match the price. Would not purchase again.

I was attracted by the cost and economy of the design of merging two functions in one, a clothing rack and a shelf while at the same time being aesthetically pleasing to look. It is sturdy but not cumbersome, with much attention paid to details covers a wide area and sturdy enough once properly anchored to support a reasonable amount of clothing. Assembling was not a challenge mostly because the instructions were clear and the hardware fit perfectly.

The shelf is nice, but I should have read the reviews first. The wall anchors don't work. We were hanging this over our washer/dryer in a small laundry room. The hardest part was trying to mark it off, drill holes, tap the anchors and hang it while balancing my knees on the washer and dryer. Finding out, after all that, that I will need to go buy own hardware and do it all again SUCKS.

As one of the lowest priced options for laundry room wall-mounted clothes racks, it's clear as to why it is the lowest price. As one of many product clones, it's clear that no thought was put into how this would be mounted onto the wall of a typical American home. Be prepared to use alternate hardware because unless you live in a forest cabin the appropriate dry wall hardware was not provided. The picture instructions give two scenarios for wall-mounting: "solid wall" and "wood wall". For "solid wall" you are to use the dry wall anchors and wood screws provided and for "wood wall" you can just use the wood screws. Now most people at this point would say "screw it into the wall stud". The problem is the fixed length of this product does not line up with how far apart wall studs typically are. You can anchor into one, but not both. Also, the bracket is 3" wide so you can only screw two of the three screws into the wall stud for the side that does anchor to a stud. Not really a problem, but just further demonstrates the lack of thought that went into this product. Assuming that "solid wall" is meant to be dry wall, the anchors and wood screws provided are about 3" long. This hardware will not anchor into dry wall. The anchors are so long that the part that is supposed to anchor in the dry wall floats in the air on the other side. The screw will not catch because there is no pressure to hold the screw. It is easy enough to get the correct hardware to mount this on the wall, but if you're not familiar with mounting weight bearing items to dry wall and would need a more ready-to-go product, I'd give this one a pass. Once we got it mounted to the wall, it looks nice but the bar where the clothes hang is not very strong. It comes in three pieces held together with 3 screws. With 3 jackets hanging in the middle the bar bows down from their weight. This would not be suitable for heavy overcoats or wool jackets.

We ordered it to display clothes in a museum...it'll work great for that.

easy to put together, very sturdy. I haven't done it yet, but, I think that it will be super easy to disassemble to tuck away when it needs to be stored. Love having it to help pull things out to organize my closets.

This did a great job, but the wheels could be larger (only rolls on hard surface, not even indoor/outdoor rug) and it does sway a bit from the weight. Other than that easy to assemble and materials seem good quality.
