Absolutely the best. I'm so happy. The messager is so good, it's easing my back pain 😁 The seat is so comfy and the armrest are soft.

Very comfortable. I didn't opt for the company assembly option. I was panicking before assembly. I didn't even open the package. I called the customer service and he was good and assured me that it would very easy to assemble. Then he assured that if I am stuck with assembly let him know and he will send an engineer to assemble. Then I assembled the chair. Very sturdy. You can fix the recliner at any point. Very stable. Comfortable for the spine, looks after the curvatures . Overall good.

This chair has a lot of features but ergonomics is not one of them. The base cushion has started to sag within a year. The massager in the back cushion is a gimmick. The same cushion is supposed to act as a lumbar support but that doesn't work. I've actually had to buy a separate back pillow because the chair's cushion is that bad. The adjustable hand rest, even with 3 axis movement, has limited movement and range. The height is too high even at its lowest setting. I'm 5'10 and my feet don't plant properly on the ground, leading to pain in the knees with extended use. I had to get a foot rest to compensate. Overall, it looks sexy but it's not comfortable for long hours. Do yourself and your back a favour and put the money is a more ergonomic chair.

The chair is nice and looks great. It is comfortable and assembly is quite easy. Massager just vibrates but that should be fine. Moving parts in a massager could hurt the spine. The only issue with the chair seems to be a small flaw with the design. The arm rest has a rough cloth whoxh sometimes feels hard on the arms. The screws at the back can get loose on some use and you need to keep them tight at few intervals. However, despite these flaws, the chair is great to use and I recommend it for use.

I think the price is a little more for a chair but once u use it, it feels worthy, overall the best chair i have used so far, the manual ws understandable and the installation ws quite fun, looks premium and i think its a value for money opt.

The massager is in a small pillow which supports the lower back, and the pillow isnt fixed to anything, you just have to try and keep it in place which is annoying, also its just small vibrations so ignore the feature. The material is cheap rexin type leather which I dont think is going to last more than a year. Cleaning with wet wipes might be easy due to the material instead of fabric but im not sure about the quality of material. Hand rests are fixed and allow no adjustments. Im 6'5 and a 112kg so most chairs used to literally bend after 6 months use, will update this review after some period. Installation is fairly simple with markings and manual and one person can do it in an hour or so. Also i felt the height adjustment level is lesser than other chairs. Overall not satisfied with it and should have gone for maybe a reputed brand such as green soul or cellbell

Comfortable ,relax, value for money...

Nice chair adjustment are smooth and vibration is great and build quality is great just assembly takes time and it's just painful. Other than this no problemo

The max height adjacent is too low. It would have been better to have higher height adjustment

I don't know why this chair has so many bad reviews. All I know is that I bought 4 of them and they are all perfectly fine and comfortable. They make no noises nor are they wobbly, maybe if they tighten the screws the way they were supposed to it wouldn't be such a problem. I give this chair tons of stars if I could for each one I bought and at a great price when they were on sale. The weight isn't too bad, its strong and sturdy. The appearance is nice, love the color and cushion on the seat which is great for long hours of sitting. Every screw hole aligned with what it was supposed to go to. I don't care much for the massage pillow because I've never tried it, though I don't need it but if you want to try it go for it, whatever floats your boat.

Has been a pretty good chair have had it for a few months now and she’s still comfy! If you’re looking for an affordable option for a computer chair sitting in it 8 hrs a day for work. It’s pretty good.
