The taste is good quality, different flavors a plus & it works fast for cleansing your system. Make sure you have one whole day in the privacy of your home to assess how your body reacts. Timeline: 5:00 PM – Brewed two tea bags 10:32 PM – Cramps but was able to sleep 6:41am–11:15 AM – Bathroom visits at 15–45 minute intervals (5x times total)

Mom of four who has delivered all of my babies unmedicated, let me tell y’all I thought I was going to deliver a 5th baby the morning after drinking this tea. I was over zealous and drank my first cup of tea after dinner around 7pm. At about 9pm before bed I still didn’t feel any effects of the tea and decided what the heck why not make another cup. The taste isn’t bad and the taste isn’t amazing so drinking a second cup to speed up the effects seemed like a reasonable idea. I slept a beautiful deep sleep and then as the light of dawn crept through my window, I had a terrible pang in my stomach…..my first contraction occurred and I needed the toilet. I ran and nothing happened except for those horrible contractions I timed them wanting to make sure I wasn’t the next guest appearance on the show called , “ I didn’t know I was pregnant.” Finally after about 5 minutes that felt like an eternity the load was released and thank god it wasn’t a human child only human waste. The poop poop contractions continue for another 30 or so minutes with 2 additional trips to the restroom. I survived however I highly recommend if you don’t want to feel like you are having labor contractions and on the verge of giving birth STICK TO ONE CUP !

I decided to try the Hyleys Slim Tea with Goji Berry as a gentle cleanse/detox option. The tea itself is easy to prepare and has a mild herbal flavor that isn’t overpowering. It’s slightly earthy with a subtle sweetness from the goji berry, and I didn’t find it unpleasant to drink. As far as noticeable results, I can’t say I saw a dramatic difference. It’s hard to determine how much impact it actually had in terms of weight loss or “detox” effects. That said, I understand that herbal supplements and teas can vary significantly from person to person, and they’re typically meant to complement healthy eating and lifestyle habits rather than replace them. The tea bags are individually packaged and convenient, and the 50-count box offers a decent supply for the price. I didn’t experience any extreme side effects, but some people may want to start slowly to see how their body responds. Keep in mind everyone reacts to food and drink differently. I do believe this tea helps with elimination, therefore feels a slimming tea. The tea itself will not make you lose weight. Balance, diet, exercise, and drinking this tea help you eliminate regular. If you are not properly eliminating every day, you will feel heavy and bloated. This tea will help you become regular if you were not regular. Taste is pleasant, I bought acia and gogi. Works effectively the next morning, usually after having my morning coffee. No cramping No huge issues. I give it 5 stars for me. I hope it works as nicely for you.

When I say it cleans you out, yes!! I take mines around 8pm, so about time I get at 5am its working.... love this stuff, I do two once a week. I don't know about you slimming down and things. But it is sure a cleaners.
