A: Max temp is 95±5°C, set with negative tolerance to protect tabletops like solid wood or marble from damage due to prolonged high temps. Varied emissivity settings on infrared thermometers cause errors.For accuracy, use a thermocouple thermometer.

**Q: How should the heating plate be stored, and is there a specific direction for rolling it up?**
A: The iTRUSOU heating plate is made of flexible silicone material, allowing you to roll and bend it freely without affecting its performance. However, for convenient storage in the carrying bag, we recommend rolling up mat as shown in main image.

I love this warming mat! We were at a party and I noticed a few of these mats under warm dishes on my friend’s kitchen island. I had never seen anything like them and immediately asked for all the details. Is a party even a party if I go home without an Amazon link? I bought one of these mats and have used it frequently enough that I would like more. I have young children, but I feel safe using them. They are extremely easy to set up and do exactly what they are supposed to – keep the food warm. I find them very easy to clean and store.
