I like that there is no overpowering smell to both lotion and spray. The consistency of lotion is really light and non greasy. I use it daily in the evenings, my skin, muscles and joints feels more relieved from stiffness. Really pleased with this product.

Lovely texture and a wonderful scent. I apply it to my legs in the evening before bed. I’m not sure whether it’s this lotion or the other treatments I’m using at the same time that are helping overall, but one thing is certain — the smoothness and softness of my skin is definitely thanks to the lotion.

As a person who cared about these things I honestly love these products especially the lotion to a point I don't even care to try anything else anymore!

Spray bottles do not work, other reviews say the same. Tried to return just keep getting redirected to USA company help site, coukd not arrange return.Not happy as bought from Amazon and despatched by Amazon so they should sort out defective product.

I use the spray and lotion twice a day, morning and evening, in the morning for extra energy and in the evening to relax the muscles after a hard day, the lotion has a light aroma and is well absorbed and does not leave a greasy mark, it moisturizes perfectly due to the Aloe Vera in the composition. Presentable packaging, perfect for a gift 👍

This is a great product to have on hand if you suffer from frequent muscle cramps. I read that magnesium absorbs better through the skin than when taken orally. Since purchasing this, my leg cramps have significantly decreased

I have bought this product over and over again because it truly does help with muscle aches and pains! I prefer the lotion and wish you could buy the lotion alone. I am not a fan of the spray oil, I feel like it is not as effective and it leaves a bit of a sticky residue behind. The lotion on the other hand smells amazing, calms, relieves aches and pains and also is an effective moisturizer. I would give 5 stars if it was just the moisturizer but the oil spray takes one away!

Nice set. Feels nice the spray oil would be great but the spray doesn't work so I have to take the top off and pour into my hand to rum it on. Lotion works good so its a nice set good price

Helped with my anxiety dreams. I cannot take oral magnesium as it destroys my stomach, I don't have easy access to a bathtub so I'm always low. I've been having an anxiety spiral and coincidentally got this lotion delivered. I replaced my Aveeno on my feet before bed practice with this and slept soundly, woke up happy. So last night I fell asleep before the lotion, woke up at 1:30 from an anxiety dream, put the lotion on as I tried to calm myself down, and slept through the night. Perfume is a little strong, but it's my feet. Prefer this to LifeFlo which doesn't absorb easily and gets weird on the skin.
