BigBite 10-Tray Stainless Steel Dehydrator

The unit worked well and cleanup was easy by washing the racks in the dishwasher. It holds quite a bit of jerky for its size.

Very nice, easy to use, solid construction. Lots od space. Dried 15 pounds of onions and 5 pounds of carrots so far. Next up are frozen corn and frozen diced potatoes.

I just purchased this Dehydrator and have been using it only for a few days now. I can not yet attest to its longevity but it seems to be a very high quality stainless steel machine. The controls are very intuitive where I didn't even have to look at the instruction manual before I was able to use it. I have chosen to be on the Carnivore diet to lose weight and become metabolically healthy. The LEM dehydrator is an essential tool for me. The first day I recieved it I created a delicious, crispy alternative to potato chips. I bought a pork loin at $2 a pound and sliced it paper thin (LEM also makes an amazing meat slicer available on Amazon), sprinkled the slices with some popcorn salt and turned the dehydrator to 161 degrees F. It took about 2 1/2 hours to yield the most delicious crispy pork chips. The chips are rather large but I was able to fit 100 of them on the 10 stainless steel drying racks included with the dehydrator. That was on day one. Tomorrow, I plan to try my hand at beef jerky. My wife likes dried fruit and sun dried tomatoes so that is also in my plans. I will write another review after using this unit for a few months, but for now, I love this thing and give it 5 stars.

Bought this for our deer processing shop. So far, so good. Trays seem sturdy. Clean up was easy.

Outstanding dehydrator! I was so impressed I now also have the smaller LEM. I dehydrate a couple times a week. I only use the 16 tray for big jobs, like jerky. You won't be disappointed in the quality. I started with a couple cosori but I like the ease of the racks of the LEM. The LEM are also all stainless.

Quit working during first couple hours. Won’t turn back on. Instructions followed, open space, hard surface. Trouble shooting guidelines say to replace the fuse but fuse is not replaceable, replacement not even available for purchase.
