Good quality TV. Well built and stylish. Good brightness and contrast especially considering the price. No lag noticed while viewing regular TV programs or cricket. Viewing OTT from Amazon prime, Disney etc is a breeze. Android boot up is a bit slow as compared to high end brands like Sony and Samsung but no problems once it is up and running. Best value proposition and having all the features as per latest technology. Excellent picture and sound quality . I have bought this TV in the month of September 2024. The screen is bright and clear and so far no issue with the connectivity of the TV. The sound quality is good. For this price, it's a good TV. The installation process was also smooth and the technician was polite and explained well.

Good quality of TV. I bought 32". Picture quality is very good. I am using it with wifi connection for my kids. Very smooth wifi connection. No issue till now. I am using it from last 15 days. Price wise also very good. You can go for if looking in medium range.

I purchased this Hisense TV with high hopes, trusting the brand and the 1-year warranty that came with it. Unfortunately, the TV completely stopped working within two months due to an internal motherboard failure. That was just the beginning of a frustrating and exhausting experience. I promptly contacted the Hisense service center, and they assured me that a technician would visit within 48 hours. No one came. I followed up again and was asked to wait another two days. Still, no one showed up. This cycle of empty promises and excuses continued for over a month. I even escalated the issue via their official escalation emails (Level 1, Level 2, etc.), but nothing improved. When a technician finally visited, he confirmed that the motherboard was faulty and that the replacement would be free under warranty. I was relieved. I even gave him ₹250 out of my own pocket — not because I had to, but because I didn’t want more delays. He said the replacement would take one week. That one week turned into another round of silence. The technician stopped picking up my calls. When I called from a different number, he answered — surprised — and asked me to wait just one more day. Then he stopped answering completely. Eventually, someone else picked up and told me that their service center was no longer affiliated with Hisense and couldn’t help me. At this point, I gave up and got the TV fixed by a local technician who confirmed the motherboard issue and replaced it for ₹6,500. The TV is now working, but this entire process wasted my money, time, and holiday season. This is the worst after-sales service I have ever experienced. Hisense completely failed to honor their warranty, and I ended up spending money I shouldn’t have had to. I could have used that extra money to buy a better TV from a more reliable brand. Verdict: Avoid Hisense. The product may be cheap, but the stress and cost of dealing with failed components and non-existent customer service are simply not worth it.
