Good quality - good fit
Solid rack! Fit on my Harvard’s Chrome Indian Chieftain which, if you’re in the market for a touring pack for HD or Indian - check them out. I’ve used it for bags, to secure my Halloween decorations and actually strapped a weekend bag to it. It’s very secure and 0 complaints from someone who is overly critical of quality.

Better than expected
Was it perfect? No. But for 55.00 compared to 200.00 I can live with it. First, one of the four legs wasn't flat like the other three. All the same length, so it's sits flat, but one leg has a rounded end where the bolt screws in. Second, there's a small piece of metal rattling around inside. Third, no clear instructions, but it's not rocket science. Tape, mark off, drill holes, screw on. I have a Hogworkz king tour pack and this fit nicely. Installed in 20 minutes. No complaints. Quality is great. Looks OEM

Installed on a a King size tour pack for 2014 up and it fits perfectly and looks great. I prefer the blackout to the chrome since my bike is all black. It seals up well and no water leaks into the trunk.

Overall nice quality rack .
Not ce quality finish, couple flaws in the finish where something touched it before the paint was dry . Lined up fairly well with the dimples in the tour pack lid . One bolt had to be forced into its threads as it didn’t quite line up .
