Bought these pads for a small pair of monitors I needed to position on my desk for near field listening - these pads do a couple of jobs in totally stopping vibrations from the speakers onto my desk, and in just angling them up towards me a little - both things make the sound more what I was looking for. I knew the pads were too big when I bought them and always intended to cut them to size so they have the same footprint as the speaker and didn't take up any more space on my desk. This trimming process was pretty easy with just a little planning, and a sharp bread knife was the perfect tool for clean edges and precise cutting.

Work well with Gravity Stand and LP6’s, do wish they were wider however but that is a measurement error on my part. Adhesion to metal surface is perfect and there has been little to no shaking or vibration passing through to ground.

Bought these for my office as I decided to go with a Tangent Ampster BT II paired with some Mission LX-1 Mk II speakers. As the speakers are on my desk they were originally causing some vibrations when at higher volume, and also not pointing upwards towards my head. These foam isolation pads have helped those issues, and whilst my office isn't exactly ideal acoustically it has helped with the sound. As it comes with the separate angled wedge section you can either have the speak tilted up or down. The foam pads were a few inches too long for my speakers so I used a large kitchen knife (not serrated) to evenly cut off the excess. I recommend doing this for both parts together to avoid mismatching the lengths. It is fairly easy to cut, and if done properly looks fine. Don't use a serrated knife or scissors as this will cause odd cuts, you want something that can fit end to end in one go. Overall, happy with these and if you are after a simple solution then these will work.

REc 'd by another audio enthusiast for a community centre function. I was looking to get the best from a pair of studio monitors and I was impressed with the results. I am working with elderly clients so clear diction was important and this enable both isolation and a direct line of treble to the listners. I think the result was very satisfactory. Swift del. These are bigger than i needed and not the best quality.. They often slide and the lip is not well designed. They do the job and stop vibrations but there is definitely better solutions out there.

I placed the second order of the same item about a week after the first order, the color of of the two sets of pads are different! One set is a deep black and the other set is greyish. There is a QC issue here. However, I still like the high quality of the product, I bought a total of three packs even after the color incident. Updated. Soon after my comment, Arno contacted me and offered a replacement or refund . This is excellent customer service for an already competitively priced product. I change my rating from two to four stars.

Zum anwinkeln von kleinen bis mittleren center lautsprechern Top. Durch den winkel verzögert man die erstreflektion was den Klang erheblich verbessert. Bei Statelietenlautsprechern die auf Ständen stehen brauch man diesen effekt dann natürlich nicht erwarten, da die Lautsprecher weit von Wänden/ Boden weg sind. Aber auf den Sideboard eine Super Sache. Für größere Lautsprecher, wie etwa den Klipsch RP504c sind die leider zu klein und weich da sollte man schon 2 Paar für kaufen.

Pur rispettando il peso ammesso (ciascuna cassa pesa ~20Kg, quindi su ciascun pezzo usato gravano ~10Kg - ovviamente il frontale è sempre la parte più pesante), la cedevolezza della spugna comporta già da subito un'inclinazione massima consentita di 7-8 gradi; ma rimasti costanti ancora ADESSO a distanza di un anno 👌 In perenne ricerca degli stand originali o di simil costosi a costruirsi, ho pensato con un colpo di coda di risolvere "definitivamente" la questione con praticità e pochissima spesa: uno "zoccolo" solido e sordo di tomi da enciclopedia [in foto SEMBRA meno profondo del diffusore] in numero variabile come desiderato, con sotto un disaccoppiante pannello di sughero da 3mm di spessore, su cui appoggiarvi "i nostri" comunque ottimamente isolanti, ottenendo una base di altezza totale anteriore di 19.5 cm, di 16 cm, e infine ADESSO (con sorprendente soddisfazione🦻) di 13.2 cm (~come da brochure dell'epoca per quei diffusori) per una risposta complessiva alquanto regolare - analizzatore di spettro e orecchie alla mano. I nostri funzionano, bene: 👉 superCONSIGLIATI!!!!!
