Better nights sleep
Great sound machine. Bought it for our grandson when he sleeps over, then my husband started using it so I had to buy a second one for the guest room.

Soft light, but it's still a light
I just could not get used to falling asleep while watching a light reflecting off the ceiling. However the soothing sounds are very effective, but if you just use the sounds, you could save a few bucks buying a sound only device.Maybe it's just me, but I found it difficult to sync my breathing with the light. The theory sounds good, but for me, not practical.

Sound changes
The sound suddenly changes alone without touching when I am sleeping, the white noise and the fan noice have a beep in the background so its annoying. It doesn’t do the job.

Light sucks so only sounds useful and can use ALEXA for that..

It takes a while to get used to it.
I think it you're a back sleeper this might work well but I'm not. It's difficult staring at the Blue light too. The music aspect is good though and the white noise does drown out almost all other sounds.
