This is a great carry on. It's at the top limit of what US airlines would accept and then it expands more. It won't pass the low cost airlines elsewhere though. I've used this in over 10 international flights and so far so good, the wheels are very smooth.

Best luggage I've ever had! I'm glad I took the chance on these. I went to Japan with the small and medium pieces. I left the large one at home as it's ill advised to bring large luggage on trains or in the streets in general. Good solid quality. I walked a few dozen miles with the small one faithfully rolling at my side on smooth terrain and gravel. Would recommend

We used these on an international flight to Iceland and they held up really well. We pulled them all over the airpirt and over lots of bumpy roads and sidewalks in Reykjavik without issue. The zippers have held up, too. So far so good!

I dragged this suitcase all over China. Multiple flights and connections. Perfect size for carry-on, and the expandable feature helped big time. Telescoping handle is well-made, nice and stiff. Very smooth-rolling on hard surfaces, but not so much on carpet. Even short-pile commercial carpet was a struggle. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Love the size and movability of this suitcase. Just took it to Egypt and it held up well.

Finally, I found a good suitcase. This is a bigger size. It has nice and smooth wheels. The weight has a little bit more than I thought, but I got a good price for this quality suitcase.

Can someone tell me how to get in touch with this company? The liner and zipper separated and need to return this. It says there is a one year warranty but we never even used it because it was defective.

5/9/26 UPDATE: The descriptions are completely unhelpful. The original blue carry-on I ordered in February 2025 had dimensions listed as "21.65" x 14.17" x 9.25". This was accurate, and it is the biggest carry-on bag that will reliably fit in the overhead bins (tested on many flights now). I wanted to get one for my husband, so I chose a grey carry-on that was also listed as "21.65" x 14.17" x 9.25". This was NOT accurate! The bag I received was an inch smaller in every one of those dimensions. I returned it and, as a last-ditch effort, ordered the black carry-on described as "larger size," with listed dimensions of "22.44″ x 15.47″ x 9.65." Guess what? This one was actually identical in size to my first bag! So that's good, at least I managed to find the right one eventually, but god help anyone who is trying to actually order the right bag based on the listings alone! 5/7/2026 UPDATE: I don't know WHAT is going on with this company. This carry-on has been so great that my husband asked for one, so I ordered the exact same model in grey. The dimensions on the listing ("21.65" x 14.17" x 9.25") and even the dimensions on the box are IDENTICAL to mine... but the suitcase itself was an inch smaller in every dimension! It's not only obviously smaller to the eye, but when I got out a tape measure, I saw that the case (not counting wheels), which is listed as "20x14x9" actually measured only 19x13x8! WTF? What is actually going on here, and how do I get one that is actually the correct model, if the listings and even the box it came in are going to lie like this? Original 2025 Review: Fantastic roller bag. My last one (a Delsey) had a constantly-stuck handle that was driving me crazy, but it was voluminous, and I didn't want to replace it with anything smaller. It took a couple hours of research before I came across this one. It's BIG. Bigger than almost all other roller bags (besides the Delsey). Yet I've never had the slightest bit of trouble fitting it into a standard overhead compartment. Being hard-sided helps: no weird erratic bulges that can make it hard to shove in. Once I went hard-sided, I never looked back. If you need to fill it over capacity, try unzipping the expanding zipper, sitting on it, and then zipping it back down to a normal size. I've brought this bag on extensive travels now, and have had zero problems with it. Did I mention it is BIG? I think this is the most capacious carry-on that you can actually carry on. Great for those 3–4 week trips where you don't want to check bags. Pair with an absurdly large travel backpack that somehow still fits under the seat in front of you, and you're good to go anywhere, for any length of time.

Measurements are much smaller than advertised no matter which colour you order. Although advertised as 22x14x9, it’s actually much smaller. Also packing size is only 18x12.5x9.25 including the expansion. Not sure how seller is getting away with advertising false information. With expansion, storage volume is only 30-33L and not 45L They should be sued for the hassle.

The suitcase aligns with the product description. With this price it's good that it comes with the TSA lock and the spinner wheels. But the zipper is not very smooth. Overall it's decent given that it's hard to find a 22x14x9 carry on luggage.
