I really like the flavor considering there is cayenne pepper in it. I've tried cayenne pepper capsules and they were really spicy and I had to take after a good meal or else I would have bad indigestion. Even though the directions say to take with food and a glass of water, I'm able to take a half teaspoon as directed without food or a whole glass of water and no stomach issues. I also like that there is turmeric and Hawthorne berry extract in the liquid as well. Great product!

I have found this product to positively impact my health. I do a low dose and it still has an impact on my appetite. The taste is perfectly fine and I don’t do medicinal tasting tinctures. I have purchased other varieties of this brand. Always consistent in quality.

I was skeptical about the positive reviews that I have been reading. Since I have tried it for over a month now. My systolic BP doesn't go more than 130. Although I'm on a maintenance for many years now. My BP was unpredictable and the readings are everywhere. It's a good supplement hopefully if I maintain SBP readings between 110-120, maybe I can wean off one BP meds. But I'm just talking about myself. It is always safe to consult your doctor prior to making such decisions.

There really is a benefit to taking liquid supplements. Not only has this helped regulate blood pressure levels, but it helps with positive mood and energy. I think the taste (I put it in 8 oz of water as recommended) is pleasant. I take it with an earlier meal and it keeps me going all day. It arrived in great condition - wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a box (with other orders). Highly recommend!

I don't write reviews. I'm too busy with work and life, generally. I found out about this product by seeing something from Gary Brecka on them. I eat pretty well and exercise. I am mid 50's. I was having consistent BP readings in the high 140's over mid 90's which is characterized at hypertensive. I do not take any medicine for it. It has been like that for years. I started taking these drops once a day, one dropper full, first thing in the morning with a small cup of water. That's it. I started seeing my numbers drop a little each week and today I'm at 125/82. Amazing product. Will continue taking.

Taste good, seems to held with circulation a little bit. Not as cold nature's I used to be.
