Easy to set up and use. It pulls moisture out of the air at an impressive rate - I’m always shocked when it comes to emptying the container. It was a little louder this I expected though, even on the ‘low’ mode. The wheels make it easy to move around the room too. All in all, great purchase!

Impressed with this item! Easy and intuitive to use, and a portable size with the option of either emptying via plastic pipe or emptying the compartment in the back. It has a traffic light system to tell you if the room is the right level, and has different fan speeds and modes. I placed it next to my washing which I was drying on a airer inside, it helped to dry my washing quicker than usual. It does make a buzzing noise but it’s not loud, and has some weight to it- but has wheels on the bottom so can easily be moved between rooms.

Great item, ive just set up a heated airer in the utility room so this literally drinks the water in the air, I place it on the worktop with the hose going in to the sink so I dont need to worry about emptying the container, im sure during the winter period this will be great to use in there whilst trying to save some pennies not using the old tumble dryer. Using it is super easy, just turn it on and press the clothes button and it'll sort itself out, with the heated airer on and this running, clothes are dry in about 3 or 4 hours depending on bulkyness of the items, my daughter likes thick hoodies and baggy everything so they take a bit of time. Overall im really pleased with my purchase.

Worked well for 3 months then broke. Contacted the company - well slow responses with me chasing them multiple times over 6 weeks. Can only contact via email. A part has broken. Company refused to fix the machine or provide a replacement. States only can replace the machine if it breaks within one month! Only offered a partial refund. If you want something to only last 3 months then go for this! If you want a quality machine with good customer service go elsewhere.

I've used this for almost 1 year, this is a good machine that just works. I use it to keep the laundry room dry and it is excellent at its job. it's not super loud and the sound is a somewhat agreeable and constant white noise, not high pitch. removing and replacing the container part isn't elegant but it hasn't caused any problems. the beeping sound when it's full is long and annoying, but I guess that is kind of the point.
