This arm band holder has two compartments and is made out of a material with enough stretch to be quite accommodating. I'm able to place my Galaxy S23+ into the main pocket along with my wallet. The smaller pocket works great for keys or folded cash.I don't wear this on my arm, despite it being listed as an arm band, but I wear it around my ankle and it works find there. Nice and secure.

This was very nice! Velcro strap was super strong. I did return it because it was not exactly what I needed. It has two zip pockets that can accommodate a variety of phone sizes, along with cash, card, keys etc. I needed something thinner and smaller to simply hold my phone while walking my dog. I have purchased a cross body lanyard style device.

I have a Samsung phone that is 6.5 x 3-1/8 inches in size, with the silicone case. It fits tight to the top (I can zip up the pocket). If I used my other flip style case, it wouldn't fit so I could zip it up. So it holds my phone, but that's where my love for the FitNation Arm Band for Phone ends. Using my silicone phone cover makes it difficult to pull my phone out if I need it while walking (and only using 1 hand). I can't use my corded headset (the phone is too long with attachment for me to get it zipped up), so earbuds only. It didn't stay well on my arm unless I cinched the band tight, but then it was uncomfortable. I wear silkier type shirts when walking or hiking and the way the hook & loop tape is placed makes NO sense. I don't have skinny upper arms, but a portion of the hooks aren't covered and they pull on my shirt. And, if I tighten it all the way to cover all the hooks, it is too tight on my upper arm but not tight enough on my forearm. If you have a thicker bicep, this may not even wrap around properly (it doesn't fit my DH, and he's not overly buff). It'll hold a skinny phone, a skinny wallet (maybe), a key (not a set of keys) and some money or change. But then the weight increases and makes it even more awkward to keep it in place. The price is reasonable, but unfortunately this is going in the donate pile because it doesn't work for me or my DH.

Gave it a 1 star because if your not a skinny person that weighs less than 100 pounds it doesn’t fit around the arm. Or if you have any type of arm muscle won’t fit

So Im a small woman with tons of stuff. This is great it fits my phone with the cover and headphones, cards cash and keys. Not heavy also it doesn't feel like my stuff is jumping up and down as I run. Would def recommend.
