I’ve had a great experience with this chair so far. The back support is excellent, and the adjustable lumbar feature really stands out which makes it easy to customize and provides great comfort during long working hours. I can truly feel the difference in posture support compared to regular chairs. The build quality is also impressive and gives a very premium and durable feel. Overall, it’s a well-designed chair that combines aesthetics with functionality. Very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive work chair.

Update: Team has resolved the issue and the chair is fully functional now. Avoid buying The Sleep Company Flex Ergonomic Chair unless you're prepared for poor quality control and a painfully slow resolution process. I purchased this chair for ₹24,000 on 20th May, and it was delivered on 27th May. Right after installation, I noticed that the chair was tilted to one side. When I reported the issue, the technician initially tried to dismiss it by saying that the chair was designed that way and would become balanced with use. Only after repeated insistence did he acknowledge that there was a defect and order replacement parts. The replacement parts took nearly a month to arrive, reaching me only on 21st June. To make matters worse, I now have to wait until 26th–29th June for an engineer to install them. Even after more than a month since placing the order, I still don't have a properly functioning chair and I am not even sure whether the replacement parts will fix the issue. The most frustrating part is that the return window closed on 6th June while I was waiting for their team to investigate and arrange the replacement. In other words, the return period expired before they could resolve a defect that existed from day one. For a premium chair costing ₹24,000, this level of quality control and customer service is simply unacceptable. A customer should not have to spend weeks chasing support for a product that arrived defective. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Sleep Company to anyone. If you're considering buying their products, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in a long and frustrating support process with no option to return the product. This has been one of the most disappointing purchase experiences I've had, and after this experience, I will not be purchasing any product from The Sleep Company again.

Do not base your purchase on the advertised photos. This chair is overpriced and underwhelming. Comfort: Not suitable for long sitting hours. Ergonomics: Poor thigh support Value: Way too expensive for an average chair. You can buy a much better product at a local shop.

Chair is good and sturdy. Cushion hardness/softness is perfect and the adjustment but lower back support is very minimal.

Good chair

The product looks very cool in your room but it was not all good in my experience. The switch which controls lumbar or backrest depth got stuck in a week. I had to return the product because amazon doesnt do replacement even though they mentioned in the description. Dont buy from here. Buy from the offline store. Theyll give more support if you buy from them. Has all functionalities but the lumbar is a bit too agressive. It pushes hard on to your back. If there was one more feature which controls the lumbar tightness this chair would have been perfect. You have to move the entire back rest backwards if you want to change lumbar support. This is controlled by a switch which is evidently not good quality. The seat cushion is very thick and comfortable. One of the best I have seen. Arm rest, seat mesh and overall chair build quality is very premium. No complaints in that regard. Overall it felt like wasted potential on this chair. Good quality switches and facility for lumbar adjustments will make this a much better product.
