I was invited by Amazon to review because I bought these vitamins recently - about two weeks ago. Normally I would wait until I had taken something awhile before reviewing, but in this case there is no need for me to do that. A couple things first. One, I had these a couple years ago to try and they seemed fine, I felt a little better, but instead of taking two tablets a day, I took one, to save money. But that still made it the ony vitamin I had ever used that I could honestly say made me feel a bit better. Fast forward to now and after surviving a near-death experience this past February - stuck in a freezing truck with no heat for a few weeks until we found a way out - frost-nipped feet, in really bad shape because we were oxygen depleted - unable to let air in due to no windows working and it being too cold for propped open doors and unable to get out, we had carbon monoxide build up that was slowly suffocating us. I was in bad shape when we finally got out. Had to be on a walker for two months, it was a long road back. When everything finally settled, I was, of course, trying to do everything I could think of to restore my health, so I remembered these vitamins and ordered a bottle. This time, I decided I needed all the help I could get, so I took them as directed, two pills every morning. That first morning, I could NOT believe how great I felt - the first day!! Energy, optimism, FOCUS, just firing on all cylinders. I don't know if I've ever felt that good ever, but especially after that ordeal. I thought it would pass, it was a one-time reaction to a depleted system getting some help. It hasn't passed and I am almost ready to start Week 2 since they were delivered. I will NEVER be without them again. Everything is working better. I sleep like a baby. I work all day long and never get tired or lose focus. Everything is just better. I don't lose my patience with people as easily. I feel happy, optimistic, steady and calm inside all the time. There's no chance of me forgetting to take them...they're the first thing I reach for every morning. When something helps you feel this good, you don't forget. They're time-released, so the flow stays steady all day. I have no problem swallowing them (they're not THAT big) and they have a coating that keeps them from having that vitamin-y taste which helps. I don't have the flourescent urine experience because the nutrients are actually being used, I have some color but not that blinding neon yellow! This may increase as my poor depleted body gets caught up. But I have had so many things happen - my sinuses which are chronic problems, have cleared. My fingernails, which have always been thin, like paper, they bend, they don't break, they peel - are all of a sudden like real-people nails, long, will not bend, do not peel. I still have great energy all day long, but it's not that crazy, jittery kind of energy, just a continual flow of feeling well, capable, happy and focused. And, because everyone always want to know, I've lost eight pounds. I'm eating better and do not crave junk, or have continual hunger. I'm just satisfied all the time and feel really full on less, better food. My doctor says they're great, keep it up. Maybe they don't work on everyone like they have for me, I don't know. But I would absolutely recommend them - and do, continually - to anyone who will listen. If you're tired, worn out, just don't feel good, give them a try, you will not regret it. But DO take two of them as recommended. You won't know how you ever did without them. There, in the size bottle I bought, are 90 in a bottle for a 45-day supply and mine went on an auto-renew for every-six-week delivery the day I took my first dose. I will NOT be without them again. I hope they work for everyone else just like they have for me.

Wonderful multivitamin! I used to take One A Day Womens multivitamin but it hurt my stomach so much if I didn’t eat enough with it that I would actually throw up. This one is so much easier on my stomach and actually has a sweet taste and scent. It’s easy to swallow and reacts a lot better with the rest of the medication I have to take everyday. The other thing I like about this vitamin is that it gives me boosts of energy through the day because of the caffeine and B vitamins in it. Not enough to make me antsy, but enough to not make be feel sluggish in the middle of the day. It works great when taken in the morning and is great for a mood boost. I’m 37 years old and definitely would recommend trying this. It’s a great value and so much easier on my system especially since I take a lot of other medication along with it.

I've taken this product for years and continue to be satisfied. Because I take other supplements, I only take half the recommended dose (1 tablet) in the mornings. I'm in my 70's and yet I am full of energy and vigor. More importantly all of my blood work & lab tests continue every year to lack nothing and in healthy range. I credit this product for maintain much of my good health. Of course, a healthy lifestyle is most important, but this product is definitely a part of my healthy habits.

Every time I come back to these vitamins, I drop weight. I'm 34 and finally back into the same size jeans I wore in highschool. I gained like 30 pounds throughout COVID because I was in a high stress job and taking my feelings out on food. The added energy I get plus the assistance for my metabolism system is life changing. I highly recommend these vitamins to every woman out there that is at the age where the body starts to slow down!

This is not my first time purchasing these vitamins but it was my first purchasing on Amazon. I usually get them from Sam’s when they have them in a double box. They do what they say. My doctor recommended I take only one when i drink coffee as one pill contains as my caffeine as a cup of joe. Overall, they give me energy which gives me a little more boost during the day and assist with my weight loss journey.

I bought one for me.... and my sister!!!!! I feel focused! I was considering ADHD meds... but after my 1st dose. Could almost cry. And I lost 5lbs my 1st 1.5 week!!! I had no gitters. You WILL HAVE YELLOW-er PEE from the B vitamin complex but it's work it! That was a plus. As a Registered Nurse: I approve this supplement!

Good vitamin that gives you focus and energy. What I don't like is the odor that these pills give you. I also don’t like that they expire on 1/27. Which means don't order them unless you don't have any leftover vitamins.
