Bosch WNG254R1GB Series 6, Free-standing Washer dryer 10.5/6 kg 1400 rpm

Works perfectly well and it was a huge positive change in the household. One of the best purchase I had, so far. We have had it for a few weeks so too early to say if it lasts long. Quiet. Efficient - but one needs to know its limitations as the drying capacity is almost only half of the washing one. Within this limits perfectly drying clothes, no real issue. Looks nice too.

We changed our 13 years old LG washer dryer for a Bosch after the engineer recommended the brand. He said it’s better to buy separately the washing machine and the dryer, however we live a tiny place and drying the clothes or have separately dryer is impossible. I wish we changed earlier to Bosh! Amazing results on a dirty oily work clothes, super king size bed linen washed and dried in just 2hours! The machine looks very elegant, smaller than other washer dryers but still handle the 10kg load! The spin cycle is very short but super strong and extremely quiet! We called the washing machine engineer to install i wanted to make sure it’s set up properly. Definitely worth the money! Delivery was prompt too! Happy customer :)

It's a good machine as you would expect. It's big and annoyingly the amazon listing does not show the correct depth. It's depth from back to front of the door is 66cm not 59cm. For some reason they have design the door as a dome, not concaved like you would expect. It's actually deeper than the bigger 9/6 model. No idea why Bosch would do that. Mine's in a cupboard behind doors and I had to alter the doors to make it fit. If you fit in under a kitchen unit it will stick out quite a bit. If you want a smaller machine look at the AEG alternative or Bosch's 9/6 bigger brother with is slightly smaller depth. Another annoying thing is the Aqua­Secure tap valve is huge and according the the instructions must be pointing down or no more than 90° either side (Flat). Not great if like me your pipe's come up from the floor and are in a tight space. For all the above reasons I would NOT get this machine again. The normal stuff... It washes and dry's well, as it should for the money. Eco wash takes nearly 4 hours and the standard cotton wash isn't much quicker. It is very quiet and the My Time Dry is very handy. 60min Mixed Load setting will work for most. 4 stars in all. Amazon should correct the dimensions on the listing. Update: It's being replaced. It thumps at low spin speeds like it's out of balance. It's perfectly level and have checked it many times. I tried methodically loading the machine in different ways but the same thing keeps happening. Amazon are replacing it, so lets see if it's a one off or a common fault.

Looks great in white! Very easy to use, plenty of functions too, with the option to shorten the wash time. 10kg capacity for washing is great for the family loads, and 6kg drying capacity. Very quiet even on the highest spin. Choice of spin speed from zero up to 1400. Great if you don’t have space for a separate tumble dryer, and we don’t!!. First time I’ve had a machine with a light in the drum!! Best price including delivery and if you register your purchase with Bosch you get a 2 year warranty. I’ve had Bosch before and it’s always been a hardwearing machine, my last one was over 15 years old. Not the cheapest on the market but if it lasts 15 years it’s worth the extra £’s.

The Best washer and dryer I had in my life so far. It meet our family needs, very good washing and drying dry well as I'm living in Northern Ireland, with lots of wet days trough the year, a dryer is a must for us. High recommendation. The brand stands for high quality. Also, last year I bought from the same brand dish washer, a game changer. My life is much easier in so many levels.

Since I bought this washing machine, washing has been easy and there is no need to a buy dryer anymore, the product is 2 in 1. After washing just turn it to dryer and it also assists in ironing your clothes. Good product for everyone on their busy schedule because it does the work for you in a short period.

Good appliance overall. Wished there was a way to reduce/customize cycle times (if there is one I couldn't figure out how) and that the front part would had a visible latch/button to freely open the door like US machines have with top loads.
