Update: Company reached out after I gave a 1 star review and replaced the product for me. I changed my review to 4 stars because of that. My complaint was that I could not reach the company to access the warranty. Product stops working after a few months. I have purchased 2 of these wraps and while they are working, I love them. Unfortunately, both malfunctioned after 4-5 months. seemed to have connection issues causing lights to flicker or only a few working, then completely stopped functioning. I tried to reach the company but their website was down and I had no other way to contact them. The added insurance I purchased for the product was of no help because it was technically still covered by the company’s 1 year warranty but that was of no help due to the fact that I could not reach the company. Thankfully Amazon stepped up and refunded my money even though it was not their responsibility. Will not buy from Bonodave again but will definitely continue to shop with Amazon, truly appreciate their customer service.

My husband hurt his back so we decided to try these pads. I'm happy with the results. I have read a lot on red light therapy. This item came packaged well and worked great. Plugs into the wall, no charging. A bonus. I used it on my tummy and lower back. I have cats with severe skin allergies and I intend to get one for them since the area covered is so much better than the red light brushes I purchased. I'm very pleased with this purchase. If you are considering red light therapy, this is a very easy to use, nice pad. check your measurements. It comes with an attachable belt to keep it in place. Decent price for the product.

I bought this red light therapy pad my very good friend for her birthday in July. She used it every day always told me she loved it recently. I asked her about it and she said very sadly, that it seemed to have a poor power corddesign after about four months cord was very positional and stopped operating the unit. I have tried to contact the manufacturing customer service with no response. It is difficult to find their customer support. I then tried to contact Amazon because it has a one year warranty, but I got no reply. In the pictures, you can see that the plug gets bent when moving it in different positions and it would’ve been better suitable suited to have a L shaped charger into the unit! Very disappointed I wish I would have read more reviews on this product and I probably would not have bought it! So Buyer beware! Don’t waste your money or your time!

This has been one of the best investment for not only me but my dog. He’s been having hip issues and we use this on him nightly to help with the inflammation. It really doesn’t give much heat from the red light bulbs. It’s a great size and it provides pain relief. We’ve had this device for over a year and it still works great and is reliable and is easy to travel with.
