Great workout
The vibration plate is very easy to use. I love that I can connect my phone and play music. It is not loud, however it does vibrate the floor so if you have downstairs neighbors i’d take that into consideration. It has many speed settings, I suggest starting low if you have poor circulation as it gets the blood flowing and can make you itchy. The vibration plate can be a little heavy to lift but it does not move when in use due to the weight of it. I think it is great to improve circulation and tone up your body. When you get off you will feel as though you ran a marathon without actually running and you don’t feel winded.

Easy to use, move and very effective!
Worth every dollar, easy to use, remote is useable and great asset. The size is easy to maneuver for use and storage, sturdy and used almost every day. The foot nodes are so perfect for massage but not painful!

I was hoping this would be of good quality and it is! This vibration plate does not disappoint, I feel this is great for circulation and lymphatic drainage. Buy it!

Great investment for your health!
I decided to try this since I like the vibration plate at my gym. I love being able to use this even if I’m not headed to the gym. You do have to increase your time slowly or it tends to make you feel sort of sick (or at least it did for me). I’ve noticed if I use it before bed I tend to go to sleep faster and sleep more soundly. This plate is really sturdy and stays in place easily without slipping around on the floor. Highly recommend!

Not wide enough
I like using this, very user friendly, however to do some of the actions/exercises because the plate likes to tip. Not sturdy. Granted I am 5’8” so I know I have a wider stance but I feel it’s just not wide enough.
