HUGE! The legs are tight and the waist is huge. Not proportionate at all. She wears an xl which is what I bought. They look like they would fit a sumo wrestler. Huge in the hips. They did not keep her dry even though the legs were very small. I would not recommend these. So I then sized down and they seem to be a perfect size large but too small for an xl person. She's 160lbs and 5'1". I would strongly recommend not buying these.

This product feels extremely light. They are sheer; by that I mean not heavy like DMI products rather they're lightweight but waterproof. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.

These seem a good deal for the money, but they are gigantic. Order at least a size down I think.

I purchased these to wear over incontinence products. They are not true to size. The leg openings are very tight and the body of the garment is huge. This means that it isn't a product that hides easily under clothing. They are well constructed. They are waterproof. It might work well for someone else. They do not work well for me.

Very soft material. It holds back moisture yet it feels comfortable when wearing. So far a great product. Sizing runs large. Go down a size or two for best fit.

I ordered xl....they could fit a 60 inch waist, not 40
