I am considering starting a small pressure washing business. Would this be a good unit to run 2-4 days a week, several hours at a time?

This machine is built just for your kind of business. The engine has ball bearings on the shafts and designed for heavy use.The pump is also well made.Its a little hard to start at times with out an electric starter. If you are going to use it constantly I would add an electric starter and consider also good hose reel.The unit is somewhat heavy so consider mounting it on the vehicle semi permanently, so you don't strain yourself lifting the 140 plus pounds.The battery and electric starter will add another 10 to 15 pounds.This a heavy duty unit built to last a long time.Very well made. I also added an in tank fuel strainer to my unit.Check out the engine on the honda website for further details on this great little engine. The pump is also designed for heavy use and well designed.The pumps output pressure is also adjutable and has a visual oil window.

What's the maximum length braided hose length usable without loosing pressure?

I use 100 ft of hose with no pressure drop

Can I have a hundred foot hose instead of fifty

Get yourself a 100 foot 3/4 heavy duty water hose and you will get along quite well with the 50 foot.
