we have home grown strawberries from the allotment, which are lush, and dont last long. Chopping them into juicy, irresistible chunks, on a plate, with a small pile of this 'sugar' next to them, leads to hilarious results. high quality sour, and worth every penny

Multi purpose product :)
I can't vouch for the taste as I use this for thickening liquids for "water drop photography" and it does the job marvelously. Doesn't cause cloudiness in the liquids and is very effective. Might seem a little expensive for a tub, but it'll last me years as only need a little at a time.

Great relief for Fibromyalgia
A Dr friend in America was helping me with my health issues as I do not wish to take heavy duty medicines in order to control the excessive amount of pain that I am in. In December I had tumours popping up everywhere which sadly increased my nerve & muscle pain. The specialist said Lipomas which are not painful except of course if you have two chronic nerve conditions! I have only just begun to add this but it has started to help me. Its magic but VERY sour worth it when it helps with chronic pain :-)
