Can this be used by men with dark and very short hair?

I don't see why not. This doesn't change hair colour, just makes it shinier and appear healthier. My aunt has shoulder length dark hair and uses it and she's had no problems. Neither have I with blonde hair. For very short hair I'd advise simply not using too much. Too much makes it look greasy and makes it stick together as if it's wet.

I am blaxk and keep long hair, can be it be used in place of normal hair cream?
