Brilliant machine, cleans very well, no leaks with Teflon tape at connections.
I was suffering from a bit of research paralysis trying to decide what kind of dishwasher to get. Ultimately decided on this one because I didn't want to redo cabinets and plumbing to get a built-in one, and I didn't want a big rolling standalone washer that would just take up floor space in the kitchen even when not in use. This was still bigger than I expected and won't fit on my kitchen counter with the overhead cabinets. Just not enough vertical space between the counter top and the cabinets. You can measure it and compare to the height of this unit to be sure before buying if it will work for you. I just bought it since even if it didn't fit I have a rolling kitchen/breakfast stand already and figured at worst I'll put it on there. That's what ended up happening. I don't mind at all though because it works great. I was able to unscrew the tip of my kitchen faucet and screw this one on. I needed to use some cheap Teflon tape to make sure it didn't leak, but after that I have had no leaking issues at all for the several months I've had it now. I use a powdered detergent in the detergent compartment, plus I throw a little bit more powder in the bottom for the pre-wash as well. I always make sure to run the sink tap until the water is hot before hooking up the hose. That makes sure the prewash has both detergent and hot water to really help clean. Those two steps make sure this machine gets everything insanely clean. It works better than the top end machine my parent have in their home! It saves so much time and water too. I regret not buying one of these sooner. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it, other than the faucet adapter isn't great to use when using the sink as normal. It just lets water come out so fast that the stream is uncontrolled and has a lot of over spray and slashes a lot. I just change back to the sink's aerator tip though and that solves that problem.

Level it, and run it till it don’t run anymore. We love this dishwasher.
It will leak if not level but other than that I have had no issues since purchase. It’s very quiet. Surprisingly quiet. Super easy to setup and plumb. It connects directly to your faucet and comes with the necessary attachments. Great value. If it broke I’d buy another. It washed my dishes really well sometimes have an issue with silverware if they end up stuck on each other but all dishwashers have that issue. Has all the functions you need including a power wash and extended dry function. I wash my pots on normal mode and they are super clean after cycle.

Learning curve to get used to
I've had some issues. Maybe more of a learning curve. This is my 3rd portable dishwasher. The other 2 did not hook up to the faucet. They had a tank you filled with a pitcher and a drain hose that went into the sink. The first one lasted 3 years. The 2nd one just over a year. It was then I decided to try one the hooked to the faucet. Thinking since it was more expensive it might be a better machine. Negatives: I have it on a rolling cart. It is much heavier. As I push it its wants to slide off cart. I had to buy a rubber mat. That fixed that problem. Then there are the hoses and electric cable. Had to figure out a way to corral those. Found some 3M cable holders and stuck them to the back. That fixed that problem. Then the water hose retains about 1 1/2 cups of water after you detach it from the faucet. As you coil it up to put it away it runs all over the floor. Had to buy a bucket to put on the floor to drain the hoses into. That fixed that problem. Then the hoses themselves thread to the back of the machine. They are all plastic to plastic. Very easy to over tighten and ruin the connection. But if you don't get them tight, they leak. I have to double check them each time I use it to make sure they are tight. Most of the time they aren't. Sometimes the soap pod gets stuck in the dispenser. Positives: it's very quiet. It does a great job of washing the dishes. It's much larger than my other ones. It looks nicer. The negatives I think are inherent to portable dishwashers in general so you can't really fault it for those. Except for the connections. That could be better. All in all I'm happy. Just a learning curve.

Love this dishwasher so far!
I just use the quick setting and it works great. I've only used it for 2 days so only time will tell. Easy to assemble, nice size and dishes clean. 👌 fits perfectly on my countertop at my small duplex. Sleek, durable, and easy to use.

I needed small dishwasher to replace the big one, but this doesn’t work that way. I wasted money.
Not easy to assemble and doesn’t look good if it has to be places on counter with all these hoses. If I knew before how it would look like I would never buy it. This is not for people who like their kitchen to look nice and tidy. This is for people who like messy kitchen. My intention was to hide it in cabinet next to kitchen so that my kitchen still looks elegant and clean and only have plumber to drill some holes on the side of cabinet and connect it with sink.. But unfortunately, that’s not the case. So if you think that you may have in kitchen small dishwasher replacing the big one, forget about that idea. It is not going to look the same but smaller as I expected, it will look so weird!!

Easy to use and install
When I confidently wrote down my usage experience, but it didn't pass, I don't know if I wrote it wrong? Or something happened So I can only write again and give you some suggestions This desktop dishwasher has a stainless steel inner cage and a suitable size for the outside. It won't take up too much space in the kitchen and has a capacity suitable for 3-5 people. However, if it's inconvenient to connect to a faucet, I suggest choosing the type with a built-in water tank that can add extra water for washing And this dishwasher can only be directly connected to the faucet, but the advantage of connecting to the faucet is that it can directly turn on hot water for washing during use, making it easier to clean oil stains and cleaner The disadvantage is that when you connect the faucet for use, your faucet can only supply the dishwasher and cannot be used separately Anyway, it's still highly recommended.

This is a game changer!
My apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher and I spent 10 years putting off washing dishes right away and letting my sink fill up way too often. This changed my habits and has made life so much easier! It’s easy to setup, it packs a powerful punch, and is perfect for what I need. It’s great at cleaning everything that I’ve put in it…and I fill it up nightly and sometimes twice a day. It’s pretty quiet, but the loudest part and the one that always takes me and my dog by surprise is when it drains into my sink. It shoots out powerful jets throughout the cycle and it takes a bit to get used to it. There are several cycles to choose from, but weirdly the “normal” cycle is the longest…taking almost 2:30 hours. I also use the extended dry feature bc just like regular dishwashers it lacks the ability to dry Tupperware lids. But if I need to run some dishes and don’t have 3 hours, the 45 minute quick cycle is great, just doesn’t dry like the regular cycle. Some things that are cons but still not a dealbreaker for me: the rack doesn’t allow you to adjust it, so it can be challenging to always fit bigger bowls, pots, and some pans. It also doesn’t allow for tall items. I have a 40oz hydroflask and it needs to really tilt in order to fit. Finally, it really needs Jet dry and you can tell when it’s low bc the items will spot for sure. I also use liquid detergent to make sure it dissolves with no issue and I can control how much for the quick cycle. Lastly, for the cost and its abilities…totally worth it! Highly recommend.

Wish it was a little better.
Little bit disappointed in this washer. I had a danby that lasted over 5 years and was great. Cleaned great and dried great without using extra setting. This Midea machine does not wash quite as well and you have to press and extra button if you want your dishes dry and they dont even really dry that well. Overall this might be good enough for me I dont want to deal with returning it but is a disappointing downgrade from what I had before. I typically like the Midea brand.
