Firstaid4sport Gym, Weight lifting and Cross Fit Chalk (8 x 2oz blocks)

Sept 2018 update - only use the chalk about twice a week and so far only about 2/3 of the way through the first block so it is definitely lasting me well. Still a great buy. Orig review. Ok - I am no professional and this is the first time I have used chalk but I could not believe the difference this made to my grip strength. well worth the money and if you have never used chalk before - splash out and try it. Wish I had tried this ages ago.

Delivered earlier than expected and good chalk, I hate chalk that crumbles and this certainly doesn't!

Used for asmr videos. Very hard, great crunch but difficult to crush

got these to aid with grip on weighted bar,perfect for it.They are cheap,good size happy with my purchase.
