No rubbing or blisters, no foot or arch pain when I get home & take them off. The wide toe box provides that extra bit of comfort. The only thing you might notice the next day is that your calves and glutes are feeling it a bit from the toning you'll get from those rocker soles. This is the first pair of shoes that I've bought in many years that weren't Sketchers. I absolutely love these. I love the color, the style & the fit! The price was right too, which was great for me. The thicker sole really helps with my foot issues. I can walk for hours in them & my feet never hurt.
