Much better quality. I think you can use them for either. I use them for light / moderate strength training and keeping tone. I've had an injured rotator cuff and these help with some of the exercises I was prescribed. Ask your PT if they're good for physical therapy. Hope that helps. **Q: How long are these bands? I was hoping to purchase a set where each band (regardless of resistance level) was the same length to help w/ pullups** A: I don’t know the length of them, but it is irrelevant in relation to these, because They are not designed to assist with pull ups. The ones for that are one solid continuous piece, basically a giant rubber band. You can find these on amazon as well. **Q: do thse bands come with an exercise guide?** A: It came with a folded chart that has illustrations of exercises. You can find a lot of exercises and videos online. The bands are great. **Q: How long are these bands?** A: The bands are 5ft. long. With handles on 6ft, 4 inches. ## Frequently Bought Together - Resistance Bands, 350lbs/450lbs Heavy Exercise Bands with Handles, Workout Bands Set for Working Out Men, Fitness Weight Bands for Strength Training, Stretching, Slim, Physiotherapy - Steel Resistance Bar - Portable Dual Cable Machine Bar - Adjustable 38" to 26" - VEICK Resistance Bands, Exercise Bands, Workout Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out with Handles for Men and Women, Exercising Bands for Fitness Weights Work Out at Home --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/657369250-woqqw-heavy-resistance-bands-350lbs-exercise-bands-with-handles-workout](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/657369250-woqqw-heavy-resistance-bands-350lbs-exercise-bands-with-handles-workout) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
